If the store is not appearing in the Desserts section, I guess that means there is no store nearby from which Deliveroo can deliver to you.

No that's incorrect. It's 50% off over $20 for magnum pint combos, but that isn't relevant as pint combos are $20 and over anyway.
$12 delivered for 2 pints?? Don't even have to leave the house. Depends how much you value your time and petrol for $3?

Am not desperate to get ice cream through deliveroo. I can go to wollies or coles. Cheaper

Thank you OP for posting this. Didn’t rate the flavours though. For $5 each (3pack) there’s better ice creams out there. Still worth a try though.
