Trust Loratadine 10mg 100x Tabs (Generic Claratyne) $13.99 Delivered @ PharmacySavings

990

Hi Ozbargainers,

Generic drug suppliers are starting to receive their 2021/2022 hayfever season allocations in. In their normal short sighted ways, they heavily discount their entire range to move volume in July/August - then run out of stock for the balance of the year (or price jack the crumbs they have left), leaving the vertically integrated Australian pharmacy cartels to then manipulate pricing of whatever is left in their huge inventories.

Anyway - now i'm 2 years in to the Pharmacy game, I'm slowly starting to learn the buying cycles, tricks and traps, hopefully I can put this wisdom to get some better deals across the line for Ozbargainers this financial year.

Today - I've got absolutely the best price in Australia for:

ITEM: TRUST LORATADINE 10mg, 100x Tabs
PRICE: $13.99
DELIVERY: Free
CODE: Not required (i'm getting plenty of complaints about the codes being too hard to apply)
LINK: https://pharmacysavings.com.au/products/100-x-trust-loratadi…

I've offered up this item as a 200x pack as a long running deal which is also still available, if anyone wants more than 1 box, the below is slightly cheaper:

  • Are the 50 Dr Reddy's already gone?

    • +1

Sorry forgot to press the go button on that line - fixed.

        Thanks - I grabbed one.

I'm so glad that I gave your generic Zyrtec a shot after one of your deals a while ago. Prior to that I'd been using Loratadine and living with barely treated allergies and hayfever. Since starting on the C-zine, I've rediscovered what its like to breath.

Hi OP whats expiry for TRUST LORATADINE 10mg, 100x Tabs?

      Exp: 04/23

        Cheers!

CODE: Not required (I'm getting plenty of complaints about the codes being too hard to apply)

They need to hand over their Ozbargain licence. We need the exclusive Ozbargain code to make us feel superior… wink wink OP

  • Is there a generic 120mg Fexofenadine (Telfast) equivalent please?
My youngest was recommended the Telfast option (14 year old).

My last one hasn't even been posted yet - purchased on 7th July

    • +2

Please PM your order number - all orders have posted where a valid address has been provided, all those with non valid addresses have been emailed.

      • Thanks for your help.

      • Problem with tracking link. I have pm'ed you.

      • same. Just PM'd

        • Hi guys, there is no tracking with standard (free) post, the dispatch confirmation notes a delivery time of around 10 working days (this is Aust Post not us dragging the chain) - all emails (and there have been many) about non delivery relate to purchases dispatched 7-8 working days ago, please hang in there - delivery should occur later this week of all items not received that dispatched around the 7th or 8th of July.

Edit: Also keep in mind that if your item packed and dispatched around 6-7-8-9-10pm on a certain day, its wont be collected by Aust Post until the next working day, this is a real pain on items dispatched on a Friday, Aussie Post wont even collect the item until 3pm the next Monday - so 10 days working days +3 or 4 days wasted on some of those orders. I'd strongly encourage everyone disappointed with Australia Posts service to lodge a complaint via their website or fb page.

@jason101: I agree with this. I ordered the last $9.99 deal and mine just arrived by standard post today. Can't blame the seller, it's an AusPost issue.

Same here. Still waiting. No tracking details.
      Just PM'ed.

      • Received thanks

I have bought from them before and it was just fine. Generic works as expected. Thank you for the deals.

  • What does this drug do for me?

  • +1

Thanks OP! Previously had hesitated on buying 200x as I can't see myself needing that much but the 100x at that price compared to the brand name option is a great saving and worthwhile for me.

  • +1

    Awesome bought the loratadine thanks.

  • What seems to be the best one here? I get it's subjective, just trying to get a general consensus - unless OP could shed some light on the best sellers?

Also, with the combo packs, are these bought with the intent of taking each one once a day like a stack? I'm curious as to why someone would buy a combo pack otherwise.

Thanks in advance for clarification! :)

I love your products (especially for the price). Any plans to expand into multi-vitamins etc in the future?

    • +3

I’ll try my best, the issue with vitamins is due to the buying power of Chemist Warehouse and friends, I usually can’t compete, if they have the >50% off sale, stock up as their retail is usually well below actual wholesale prices.

      • +2

Borrowing this thread please, any plans for lactase enzymes in the near future? Thank you, Jason

      • understood. Appreciate the honest response. If you can't regularly compete, I'm sure it's not worth your while to bother.

  • Anyone tried the generic nasonex? I'm using nasonex constantly so could definitely use a cheaper alternative.

Jason, any chance of getting just one of each to try? I'll probably get the czine deal too

    • Sorry the freight on those is a killer, very hard to put a deal together under $40 for any item that needs to go in a satchel.

Hi, just wondering where the Trust Loratadine tablets are manufactured?

    • +1

For the price, who cares but likely India.

      • +2

Hi all, just finished packing all orders….it’s not made in Australia. There is no country of origin listed on the box, last discussion with the rep was that the product was coming in from India.

        • Thanks, jason101.

    sorry, thanks :)

  • What's the best and most effective anti histamine for most that is non drowsy? Use Cetrizine but does cause some drowsiness.

    • Loratadine is less sedative than Cetirizine.

Edit: oops typo. Also not medical advice.

      • But the least effective for me

        • Or maybe see your GP. May give you specific symptomatic relief (eg. For runny nose, for eyes) to take on top of the usual antihistamines.

    • +1

Keep swapping/rotating them around so that your body doesnt build an immunity to one of them.

    • Aerius (Desloratadine)
After living in Austria (a country riddled with pollen) for a few years, nothing else worked better than Desloratadine.

      • not medical advice, do your research

Feel sorry for you guys, not a great time to turn off your immune system.

I had always thought allergies are like a once in a while thing - I think I’ve taken probably no more than a dozen allergy pills in my life. But then every time I see drug posts for like >100 pill boxes and the amount of comments on them, I’m reminded of how many people actually get absolutely destroyed by hay fever come pollen season.

    • Some people require a few tablets a week.

  • What's the expiry date?

    • Loratadine 100x tab Exp: 04/23

  • Any generic phenergan available?

    • You have to buy that over the counter I believe.

      • No methlab for @benesan then..

  • +3

Awesome deal OP, thanks. I just bought over a year's supply for me (I take them every day) for whole hell of a lot cheaper than it would have cost me the usual way. Much appreciated. I've made an account and will be checking out what else I can buy from you to reduce my family's medication costs.

  • +1

Thanks so much, I just bought some generic telfast, 2 boxes for $2 cheaper than I pay for 1

  • these generic meds make me happy

  • Oh damn literally just bought 80 clarytynes for $33 from Chem warehouse =((((

  • I bought these on the last deal. I know chemically they are exactly the same as Claratyne but I don’t know why they are not as effective for me as Claratyne was :-(

  • Maybe you could add instructions on how to add the code to your post?

    • What worked for me:
      Click "pay with PayPal"
Select the Card to pay with.
Then enter the code in the next screen.
