    10% in the best scenario. It doesn't charge it. It just help discharging a bit slower.
    6X pro is currently $624 from Amazon, JB, Harvey Norman, Kogan, Bing Lee.
    Unless you have a small wrist I don't know why you would buy this with snaller screen and smaller battery.

    The solar can keep it going for years if GPS and heart features totally off and you are outdoors all day.
    But a basic $2 simple watch also does that.

    With GPS tracker and heart features enabled it might last another hour all up.

    There is really no use for the solar.
