Purchased using $20 off eBay Tuesday deal. Auspost pre-tracking number provided but item was never picked up yet told Auspost had lost it transit. Asked for a replacement after no communication for 10 days. Told was no stock and would be offered an alternative or refund. Waited a few days and suddenly all the Thermos stock reappeared. Asked for the replacement to be sent out and case was suddenly closed out with a refund. Lost $20 voucher value. Avoid using this seller on eBay Tuesday or stick to Amazon!
Bought one last week at full-price of $27 or so on Amazon, but getting another as a back-up/parts.
