  You cant use the referral code and the coupon code at the same time. This is a limitation of Vitacost. You have to choose one of them. But you can use the referral code later (you have 2 months to use it).

  Also as discussed before by others stick to the 3lb shipping limit (make 2 orders if necessary). That is the cheapest way of shipping. But effectively its US Post. Its shipped DHL to a central location and then sent by post. There is no track and trace, although while I have had one item take 1 month to arrive, my 8 orders have all arrived.

  There is an existing thread where other items are discussed. Also other members codes (yes I am one of them) so you can share the wealth. In that thread anyone joining can also share their code, again sharing the wealth.

  Here you will also see what "recourse" you have if a shipment doesn't arrive.

  Is anyone else getting $10.99 (DHL) shipping cost? Can't seem to get the $7 OP and ozpete are talking about.

      Yes - It looks like they have changed their shipping charges - unless its a system bug, that might be corrected. I have been paying $7 until now, but when I try a test order I get the same $10.99

      I'll email them to see if this is a bug or a "feature" :(

      BTW Their FAQ still says

      DHL Standard International Shipping
      Delivery time averages 7 to 14 business days
      Flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for packages under 3 lbs.
      Additional customs fees or import taxes unlikely
