      Yeah, captcha thing kept spinning, so wasnt able to submit in time. Anyone else had problems with captcha? Its been fine previously, even managed to get one days ago when two pages of images had to be submitted.

    tried for the first time today. Kept coming up there was an error, even though all fields are done and captcha done (same as many others!) kept trying then all gone!! What a crock!

      Yeah, that's been happening. Don't worry about it though. I didn't get the code I won on the first day either, but a few days later I got an email saying "don't forget to use your coupon", and it was right there anyway. If you want to get it sooner, apparently asking on their Facebook and providing your email helps.

    I redeemed 3 pizzas today. The cashier reprimanded me saying I'm only allowed one free pizza redemption a day, and threatened to only give me one pizza the next time I do this. Just read the T&C's and there's no clause that even mentions this. Cashier said to have the orders be under different names, and have different people come pick it up instead.

    So if each of my household members want a pizza to ourselves, we have to all go to Pizza Hut together and breach the lockdown policy of only one person allowed out for essentials per day?

      send a msg via Facebook if you have it to Pizza Hut Au. I've had the exact experience and am mid-conversation with them. The more ppl complain about this shitty behavior the more serious they will take it.

      Its not free on a Sunday, it has the extra 10% surcharge, and 15% on a Public holiday, or whatever it is. Saw this somewhere in the T&C or somewhere else, but have not seen the implementation.

      Here it is, in one of the terms and conditions
      A surcharge of 10% Applies on Sundays & 15% on Public Holidays.

      It doesnt appear in the other T&C.
      How they are going to implement this is unknown.

      You can get a free cheese pizza code afterwards with the free podium pizza by filling out the form, but can only use one code on an order. Pizza Hut wants you to spend $11 to get the free cheese pizza.

    I just checked. Some stores still have the Minimum $3 Cart Value for pickup. While others have no such terms. So, looks like it is a store thing and is decided by the store if the cart value needs to be minimum $3.

    Some people have reported that even after applying the voucher, they were asked to add something to cart - since minimum pickup is $3. In such cases, change the store. The Minimum Pickup value is also mentioned before u select you pizzas in the right bottom corner (when on a laptop/desktop)

      They are all showing $3 for me, but i tried ordering from two stores and was able to get free podium pizza, so this is not correct.

      Maybe the $3 is a payment minimum, like the $5 minimum EFTPOS you see everywhere. Which will not apply to a $0 order.

      Good idea, and something i was also thinking, but for a low cost upgrade to other pizzas. Dominos does this, but it does not seem possible on pizza hut website. They just dont want your money at Pizza Hut.
