I also definitely recommend Narcos (even with the subtitles :))
I thought it was a mediocre year for tv personally, can't think of too much that was amazing. Mare was solid I guess
Running through all the Netflix anime/animation.
Just finished Masters of the Universe: Revelations, was expecting what they showed in the trailer, so was a little disappointed. It was entertaining, as long as you don't expect to see He-man much. Have moved on to Final Space which took me a bit to get into but it's entertaining as well.Queen of the South (Netflix; great Mexican-cartel-wars story)
Clarkson's Farm (Prime; well, Clarkson being his usual self…)
Benidorm (Prime; great show portraying Brits behaving like Brits in a Spanish resort)
Trailer Park Boys (Netflix; just rewatching episodes when I want to have some hearty laughs)
NCIS-franchise (Foxtel; I know that they are old shows but I like them)…and will be getting into Mr Inbetween (Foxtel) soon.
All the Korean dramas. Again.

Kingdom - Netflix
Surprisingly good Korean show with zombies. Pretty gruesome if that swings your way.
Kingdom is my favorite zombie media.
It feels like a 2 season GOT with zombies.
I actually haven't found this year exceptional :( I spend more time scrolling Netflix than watching
Love Death & Robots (Netflix). Really enjoyed it, reminded me of Black Mirror, but animated. Some animation looked absolutely incredible.
Call My Agent (Netflix) - if you enjoy French shows this one is really good.
Fauda (Netflix) - Israel/Palestine conflict, fantastic show.
Love Death & Robots S2 - Pop Squad got me almost tearing up.
Olympics
Watching Luxe Listings Sydney and wondering (dreaming) about the day I win lotto. :-P

Watched "The Boys"… largely because of the memes but its such a good show.
Also watched "For all Mankind". Again a pretty damn good show, I think more successful as alternate universe than Man in the High Castle.
Prior to that was "Chernobyl". That's it.I just dont have the time to watch TV shows.

Reservation Dogs - Native American teens growing up on the reservation. Produced by Taika Waititi so has a similar sense of humour. reminds me a bit of Atlanta with the whole surrealist vibeSquid game anyone?

If you can't get enough of squid game, I recommend Kaiji - either the anime series or the live action - not available in Netflix though.
Yup watched some Kaiji already (both anime and live action) lol, not the manga though
Alice in Borderland was nice, would like to see season 2 if hopefully come out soon (couldn't get through manga though, felt but fatigue after the live action then read manga)
