How can I get refund? I ordered one from that on the 14th and I paid by PayPal. Someone please guide me.

I messaged them and left them negative feedback. They quickly cancelled my order and refunded me.

You can also make a claim via ebay and PayPal but that will take several weeks.

I never received anything the tracking shows they only allocated a number but never sent it. Some other people received optus sim of no real value.

@buy swap sell: What did you exactly message him? That its a scam and you would make a dispute claim if he doesnt fully refund you or?

            • +1

@Nunubuffs: They sent me the same email they sent others claiming some error in shipping that I.may have been sent the wrong sim. I already knew from other posts they had said same to others. I also knew my tracking only said tracking number provided with no other movements more than a week later. I told them I thought they were liars and a scam and I would report them. I then left negative feedback. They then cancelled the sale and I was refunded. They asked me to remove negative feedback which I didn't do. I then see others have same problem.
My tracking showed only tracking number provided on 15th. On 21st when I messaged them it updated that afternoon to shipping information received and approved but not item received. That's all that has happened.

          • @buy swap sell: Keen to know as above as I'm stuck in the same situation. Also, what does your tracking show exactly? Mine says 'it's being prepared' but I have no faith in it.

I left them a negative feedback and messaged them 'Refund me and I'll remove my negative feedback'.
They quickly reply the message and refunded me.
And of course, I'm not gonna remove my feedback.

Can someone help me out. The item arrived today and its fake as always. Its a giffgaf sim from UK. got that warehouse msg that they messed up my order, but i know its a scam. How do i get a refund off ebay? Do i return item? if so out of my own cost or what? I shouldnt have to pay for refund if ive been sent a fake sim.
PS : its from the ebay seller joycefl or whatever.

          • @Nunubuffs: Raise a dispute with eBay. I got refund today.

            • @mountains: It wont let me upload my pictures for some particular reason on ebay. It just gets stuck. Like the description text + evidence.

              • @Nunubuffs: I did via PC and complained on eBay Help. I got the call from the eBay & explained the whole scenerio. Ordered on 14th, Complained on 3rd (After DOA) & Refunded on 10th. :)

                • @mountains: Yeah it just wont let me upload the documentation on ebay when i click return the item. Ive talked to the ebay support countless times, no luck. They said to either contact PayPal or my local bank. So Ive currently sent all my evidence to commonwealth. If they cant help i guess I just lose my 200bucks. Fck ebay honestly.

                  • @Nunubuffs: THAT IS BAD, Go to eBay Help → Have us call you (go to the bottom) → give your number. They will call you and assist you better. eBay Customer Assistant Chat is useless.

Thanks - asked the admins to remove my comment so no one gets got. My mistake.

As I mentioned in the previous post that I got the parcel delivered and it was a optus sim (just normal sim card not even in a package and with number written with a marker). I don’t know how to post a picture but yes It is not legit. Thankfully I got my refund in 2 days after receiving the wrong package.

  • Hi OP, can you do any deals on the $200 150GB plan?

    • +1

Hi, Sure, what price are you chasing? We have stock with expiry 5/10/22. Here is a link -

      https://www.techano.com.au/product/boost-200-prepaid-sim-sta…

I have just had authority to reduce price to $165. Price should be updated in a few moments.

      • Thanks OP appreciate it! Want to clarify - noticed in your description that the 150GB deal expired 5th July from Boost, so if I buy that now will I only get 100GB?

        • No problems. Yes I beleive its now 100GB and the product listing should now be updated.

          • @Techano: Hi , So the difference between this starter pack and buying a 2$ sim ( plus recharge it with 150$ ) is the data ? Thanks

    • Did you successfully get a Price Beat? Or is that in theory…

      • +3

Yes successful in person at officeworks. Just walked in grabbed the sim off the shelf, went to checkout showed them the techano website price and asked them for a price beat. No issues at all.

        • Thanks for that, will go and do the same.
