    Found my first order with Direct Coffee was on August 4 last year, have been with DC for nearly one year now!

    However did find the price is going up for the filters but still cheaper than in-store anyway.

    Hope you can bring us more excellent coffee (with decent price of course) Tim!

      Glad you've been with us for a year!

      Yeah single origins in general seem to be creeping up across the board. At the start of COVID a lot of places had waaaay too much coffee hence why we could start with such low prices. But now a lot are starting to see shortages.

      We'll try! The best value at the moment is probably the Motobean Ethiopian Uraga filter.

    Really not happy that it took more than a week to ship my order. Ordered 29th of July, shipped 6th of August :-(

        I did read it now, thanks, makes more sense.

        Just a suggestion, could be good idea to add “Please see our dispatch schedule (link) to estimate shipping date” next to “If you need your coffee ground, please let us know how you make your coffee.” or during checkout process.

        Would help to avoid disappointment for people like me, “I need coffee, NOW” order, next next next… 😀
