10000 points is only worth about $33, $80 sim pack can last 5 months if you pay $5 extra on the 5th month. This is without $20 referral credit.

Suppose we have $100 credit from $80 SIM pack plus $20 from referral credit. When I checked this CIS the cheapest plan seems to be $25/20GB per month. So wouldn't this only go for 4 month only?

Not true, you create a "Support Request" via your account & they respond pretty quickly.
They might not be local but at least they respond.
There is difference between Belong NBN and Belong Mobile support. Thought under same umbrella but different CC experience
