That's 240Hz, this is 360Hz.
I know, hence the price difference. I personally don't think it is worth it unless you got beast graphics or play not so demanding games and 360hz makes a difference over 240hz. (haven't tried one myself)

hz is merely just part of the equation. the motion sharpness is where its at.

That's the worst 240Hz monitor on the market by far unfortunately, but it's a fair point that 240Hz is generally under $400 now.
The response times on these barely out pace the target times for 240Hz, but they definitely are clearer.
True, that model is so bad I erase it from my mind.
I've seen the entry level Dell first hand as well… it's nothing like their GSync model for some reason. The gap in performance shouldn't be so wide.

360hz is a skip for me, not worth it especially if you have a 240hz or a benq dyac monitor. will personally be waiting for 480hz which is already being developed by LG and should be out early 2023/late 2022.
AUO will be first to market there, but both are IPS, so don't expect great performance. 360Hz+ TN is also on AUO's roadmap, and that's going to be a better solution until OLED, QNED, or microLED.
