    It's not really leather, it feels like plastic/vinyl.
    When you chop it to size it looks like reconstituted leather and a sponge in the middle. Doesn't smell like leather either. More like chemicals.. but that's why the price is so low

  had this belt for about 3 months now, pretty impressed for the money.
  The racheting design of the lock holds quite well but wouldnt want it to get stuck when you're busting…

  I like mine - but while the buckle has shown no signs of wear, the belt itself has not worn well, looking quite worn and patchy.

  The 'leather' these are made out of honestly should be a scam. Often reconstituted or very low quality. You'll end up replacing this belt every year if they even last that long. The RM belts which were only $70 not too long ago will last 20+ years if not longer because they're actually made of full grain leather.

    Totally agree. This is just the cheap shit from Alibaba. Not saying everything from Alibaba and AliExpress is crap, there's just a lot of people setting up Amazon stores buying the cheapest shit then ridiculously upping the price and labelling themselves entrepreneurs selling one of a kind premium products
