Here's a bargain: use one of your existing clubs for a few warm up swings- FREE!

I've had this stick for years and it's amazing. Particularly is you have issues with your swing rhythm (mine was and still is to an extent too fast on the backswing and in the transition). It's very flexible and the yellow ball on the end is heavy so that when you get to the top of the swing it delays your hands and allows your body to start rotating. A normal club doesn't do what this does.

For me it's the best training aid I've ever used and is the only one that helps immediately before walking on to the course.

      • How does this stick differ in terms of training outcomes compared to using a real club?

      • I have one of those weight rings you can use on any club, and while I can see the argument for the more flexible shaft on this thing, for less than 10 bucks I'll make do.

But you will be training your muscle memory away from a normal club?

        • It's not that different to a swing. It just slows your swing down, gives you the right momentum, which would eventually become muscle memory. Check out some videos on youtube to get a better idea.

          • @ChaseAus: Agreed. It allows you to swing at the same angle that you normally do but it slows both the back swing and the transition compared to your normal swing with one of your clubs. For me the real benefit is in slowing your hands down in the transition so that you build muscle memory in starting to turn your hips and shift your weight from front before the club head moves too much from the top.

Using a ring weight won't have as much benefit because it won't allow your to turn your hips and shift your weight as much before moving the club head. The shaft flex on this provides that extra allowance for hip and weight movement.

When I pay more for a warm up stick than my pitching wedge is worth 🤔🤔🤔. Hope it improves your game.

Hi OP, could this be used in the bedroom? Asking for a friend.

    • I got a similar comment when this was delivered to my workplace…. lol

        Hm, 40 or 48 inches?

Depends if you order the optional gimp mask.

    • Works well with a 3-hole face mask.
      NOTE: Ball gag not included.

This looks great, but I need a left-handed version.

  • If your short looks like you have to pay full price 🤦

  • Thanks op just ordered one. Does this work the same as the orange whip? Mate has one which I tried think they are twice the price of this.

  • Would be cheaper to use a broom handle. Yes I have no idea about about golf…..
