Your home loan application must be received between 26th July 2021 and 30th September 2021;
Your loan must be funded no later than 30 November 2021 for all home loans other than construction loans, or 30 November 2022 for construction loans.
Your Home Loan must be one of the following type of loans:

Investor, Principal and Interest – Fixed or Variable;

    • Our lowest variable rate is 2.44% with access to unlimited redraw. But not an offset account.

      No fees or charges on our Loans either.

  • So no home loans for people in Canberra?
