This offer is available for a limited time only. Your loan must meet the following criteria:

Your loan must be new to bcu – either refinanced from another Financial Institution, a property purchase or the construction of a new property;
The amount of the loan must be at least $300,000;
The Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) must be 90% or less;
Your home loan application must be received between 26th July 2021 and 30th September 2021;
Your loan must be funded no later than 30 November 2021 for all home loans other than construction loans, or 30 November 2022 for construction loans.
Your Home Loan must be one of the following type of loans:

Owner Occupier, Principal and Interest – Fixed or Variable;
Investor, Principal and Interest – Fixed or Variable;

    Our lowest variable rate is 2.44% with access to unlimited redraw. But not an offset account.

    No fees or charges on our Loans either.
