    These are packed using Atmosphere Packaging/Gas Flushing.
    Gas flushing is a type of modified atmosphere packaging.

    As you may see these are also on our website when packed in the gallery of the images.

        they come in refrigerated packed boxes and are delivered by refrigerated trucks.
        So you will get them fresh and chilled do not worry :)

    Is your shopping cart having probs? Create an (10 items) and click on add to cart and cart shows up as empty. Tried a few times.. :-(

      Hi mate no it should not, just after adding the 10 items at the bottom select ADD TO CART and then you will see the Side Card Icon in the bottom right hand it will add it there, from there you can check out.

    Nope just tried again. After I click on 'add to cart' it comes up (on right hand side) with mesg 'Your cart is empty' with option to continue shopping..

      after adding all 10, there is an option that says PROCEED in a BLUE Button
      once you press that blue button you will see a RED ADD to CART button, once you select that one it will add it to the Bottom Right-hand Side Cart.

      Just some free advice, if people are saying they are having troubles with your website - fix it. You will lose customers.
      Not everyone will bother watching a tutorial how to checkout.

          I think if multiple people aren't able to check out - it's an issue. It's poor design.
          Ozbargain has a young demographic, if people here can't work out - forget the general population.

      correct as the cut-off for all orders is Wed 12pm. Pickup is available if you contact the office on Monday.

        Yep. While I was eating my alternative dinner I received an SMS with tracking for my Cocked Up order, which will arrive tomorrow around lunch time.

        Iā€™ll give them some leeway as itā€™s all pretty crazy in NSW right now.

          Delays are fine. But no communication about it is not.

          I'm ok if I'm meeting up with someone and they cancel on me but tell me as soon as they are aware of it. But making me wait at the meeting point and not telling me they won't be there? And sending a text later that night with no apologies, to say they are keen to meet the next day? That's not right.

            @tatasauce: True, but to be fair, the sudden whole of NSW lockdown was only announced via a tweet from Gladys. Iā€™m surprised it didnā€™t cause more havoc with these deliveries.

            My food arrived within the window of time stated in the SMS last night and it looks great!

              @toasty: Then all they needed to do was to send out an email to customers who have ordered to let them know that delivery is impacted. If they are aiming to do well for future businesses tightening this up will help. Leaving it as it is will drive customers away.

              It's all about managing expectations. If they mentioned that the delivery window is between Saturday and Tuesday, it wouldn't have mattered. But they mentioned specifically that if you pick a certain day, that's when it will be delivered.

              As long as they listen to feedback and improve.

                Iā€™ve had one of their meals so far, the lamb w roast pumpkin etc, and it was good!

                If the rest of them are as good, Iā€™ll buy again at this price point.

                Also, I was pleased to see that the salt content was low compared to most other meals from delivery services Iā€™ve tried.
