    What would you use to sand down a table and chairs? Would this be fine or so you need something more heavy duty?

      Depends probably a random orbital sander would be the safest way. Belt sander would be fastest but it's easy to get in trouble with one. Sometimes hand sanding is best lol.

      It’s fair to point out the 2 poor reviews on Bunnings page but goodness knows what those people were doing wrong. I picked up one of these in the week and it’s doing a great job rejuvenating the garden furniture – a very well-spent $25.

    Handy Tip for dust. Even though the sander has holes and a dust collector, you are going to have dust everywhere! Not just a little, but most of it…

    What I did with my similar cordless sander was attach an old wet/dry vacuum I was about to throw away with this rubber Bunnings Powerfit Dust Extractor Vacuum Accessory that I cut down to size and attached to the vacuum hose and the sander using 2 of this-style hose clamps.

    I can now sand inside and there's no dust anywhere… However, take note that using a cordless Bosch vacuum didn't provide even near enough suction for the dust in case you thought about that, like I did.
