This DLC can be added to your Origin and Microsoft accounts for free but it does require Battlefield 4 base game to play.

    I get a 404 error when clicking "Get it for free".

    UPDATE: This worked for me:
    * I used the Origin app
    * Went to the BF4 game in my library
    * Select More menu
    * Select Extra Content menu
    * Found DLC in the list and added to my library

        BF4 has had a huge resurgence since the 2042 release announcement. So there are heaps of fully loaded Aussie 64-player servers up at the moment - it's great!

      Can't say I agree. Loved it on release but I don't enjoy it at all now, bit too dated in some aspects. BF5's gameplay and gunplay is just so much better, if BF5 had an actual update cycle I'm sure it would be ranked up the top.

    FYI you don't need battlefield 4. You can scroll down and click "Add to library without Battlefield 4" after the warning pops up.

        No, but if you buy BF4 standard edition, you will have this add-on enabled if you add it to your account now. I added BF4 to my IsThereAnyDeal.com account, and bought it when it came on a ripper sale. The servers, like BF1, are currently plentiful in Australia.
