Nice 'tude for a rep, you'll go far! :p

The price looks respectable, but listing RRP of $110 instead of your normal $44.36 x2 =$88.72 to overstate the discount is a little deceptive IMHO.

That's a pretty harsh tone for a REP to be taking. I have no idea what MOROCCANOIL is, but if it was a product I was interested in, I'd be hessitant to buy it from you if that's how you talk to potential customers…

      "Coles does not sell MOROCCANOIL"

      Ours does…

Let me tell you something, a great percentage of people love to not read, be rude or just troll. After answering many many comments where it is obvious the commenter either has not read before speaking or is just plain rude or has no other goal but to post negative comments you basically get to a point where you have had enough.

I will bend over backwards for anyone who shows the slightest glimpse of thought, just because I am a REP as you put it does not mean the customer is always right, does not mean I have to stand by and take what ever 'tude' any one else decides to post and simply put up with it.

As for the discount it is normal practise to post the RRP this is because discounts change on a regular basis, but the RRP stays constant, so in fact it is better to put the RRP as next week, tomorrow or at any stage the discount often and will most likely change.

Fact of the matter is under normal circumstances you would pay $110 for two bottles.

If my original comment was a little 'tude' as you put it then sorry, but to me there was far more 'tude' in the original posters comment so horses for courses or perception.

Have a neg for the ongoing 'tude champ, & the unashamed deception. Now, let me tell you something, as Braddsey said, I wouldn't deal with a ranting loony that carries on like that in business…get yourself some sleep & reflect on the rather ordinary face you're putting on your business here & now when you calm down, eh! :)

"just because I am a REP as you put it does not mean the customer is always right"

This statement just killed your potential costumers.

Wrong place for a "tude" Princess… lol.

Lol. I fell sorry for the Prince…

      • Was it the Fresh Prince, Big Willy style? ;)

Hi we are not trying to give people undue attitude, but you have to not only see it from your point of view. This is not specific to here but you post a good deal and often the first comment is negative, only from the poster not reading or using a parallel brand or similar which is irrelevant to the deal in question.

Also it seems a site user is able to say whatever they please and we as the businesses have to put up with whatever is posted, if we dare to have any similar attitude we are labelled as terrible representatives for the business or how could you speak to a perspective customer like that but we have to take it no matter what the comment or attitude is, this to me seems very bias.

Obviously not everyone shares the opinion that we are terrible for sales have already been made from this deal so not everyone sees us or me specifically as a terrible representative of the business.

There has been attitude on all sides, and everyone is probably wrong in some way.

Now I am happy to answer any questions specific to the products, but prolonging a flame war I am not interested in.

Hmm it's not a bad price, and i'd possibly have bought some as i have an elderly relative who uses this stuff had i not read the rep's responses to people in this site.
princess, you say have made some sales and that may well be the case but i can guarantee you that you would have made more if you'd come across as reasonable, engaging and diplomatic.
social media isn't for everyone. if you can't handle engaging with people through sites such as this maybe you should look at newspaper advertising.
