When I go to cart and enter shipping details the only country that comes up is the United states.

    • Hi StevieRay - I found the same issue so I called their office and this has been fixed now.

      • Yes apologies, this error has been corrected. Free shipping is now in place Australia-wide. Thanks for alerting us to this!

  • We have a NikolaTeslaOne range-hood (recirculating version). It's pretty incredible but there are some annoyances we haven't found a fix for yet. The fan needs to be on P (max) to be useful, otherwise the steam from boiling pots just wafts away, yet after 5 minutes it automatically reduces from P to 9… forcing you to up it to P again manually - every 5 minutes :|

    • Hi Yanman, thanks for your feedback. They are certainly a very popular product for us and glad to hear you think its incredible too. Regarding the P level (Power Booster), this will remain active for 10 minutes, after which it will automatically drop back to your last setting. It's a boost for the actual induction zone, hence why it drops back automatically after 10 minutes. We would suggest trying power level 9 which should give you a high power cooking result without the drop occurring after 10 mins. You could also try activating and de-activating the Automatic rangehood power mode by pressing and the "A" button.

The recirculating version that you have does have a lower air flow (movement) than the Duct-out version also (around 33% less airflow) due to the nature of the filtration systems.

      • Hi, thanks for the reply but I don't think you read my post correctly. The induction power level is not affected by the issue with the fan. And it is every 5 minutes not 10. I use it every day and use timers in the kitchen all the time.

To make it clear: if I have an induction plate on P level and the fan on P level, after 5 minutes the fan will reduce to 9 yet the induction plate will not. Likewise if the induction plate is only 9 or any other level, if the fan is on P it will only remain on P for 5 minutes before lowering to 9. Very frustrating.

  • Why are island hoods so freaking expensive?

  • oP. Can u confirm what warranty is for parts?
My wand control keeps malfunctioning and I've had to have it repaired 3 times within a 5 month period and was told it was only 3 month warranty.
