  • Some customers want to see the video of the mouse pad, here it is:
    https://youtu.be/FH5fjFuWqwc
    https://youtu.be/U32ECpcSgeQ

    • Second video blocked due to copyright.

      • Sorry, yes it was blocked by YouTube since the video involved in a brand mouse, I'm looking for other video website which can upload this video.

Seems like a very dull led considering how dark it was.
Probably just a RGB led with a light guide so its going to have uneven brilliance.

  • How is this mouse pad for gaming?

    • +1

Most mousepads do fine for gaming if they're wide enough. 80cm should cover most desks fine.

      • Some say the more expensive ones glides better and not as "sticky", is it worth the extra?

        • +2

Nah, that's all just marketing. Razer mousepads will have little difference to a cheap Big W one in terms of smoothness. I've tried both.

      • +1

Yeah, mostly early laser sensors (not optical) that were super picky about surface. Anything in the last 10 years should be totally fine on almost any surface.

Feel plays a big part. These sorts of mousepads increase friction slightly compared to a hard surface, but it's in a nice and consistent way, which tends to give more control at higher sensitivity levels. Also, the deskpads feel nicer for gaming, as the keyboard and mouse are at the same height, but that's subjective. I would measure your working space and see if you wouldn't prefer something closer to 90x40cm.

Most importantly, it will be good for gaming because it's a well-known fact that RGB lights improve your gaming performance by 69%.

    • It says gaming it the title so it should dramatically improve your gaming skills. Lol

  • how much does the LED increase my gaming performance

You guys should buy from eBay instead.
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/324708135168, bigger than yours (90cm) $13.99 after discount.

    • I could only get the one you linked to $14.31, what codes you got to get down to $13.99?
The 32c difference will determine if I buy it or not.

      • The store was offering a 6% extra discount while I was ordering.

    • Thanks man, I've been after one of these for a while now. $13.99 for me (maybe eBay plus lowers from 14.31)

      Nice find!

These mouse mats can be bought from AliExpress for $15. The rep imports his in bulk from Alibaba for a even bigger saving.

We really are OzAdvertising for SpAmazon……..

    • 10 bucks shipping. Deal breaker to me.

  • Cheaper on ebay, you can get them from $14 to $17 non-branded just like this one.

    • +1

The reps are just generic from Alibaba. They ask come from China. We really are now OzAdvertising for SpAmazon….

      • +1

true true. Annoying when your looking for a bargain and you got guys like this, that have never posted a decent deal.

        • I worry about the OzBargain community being spammed with rep imports from Alibaba, an overrun community, resulting in many people leaving :(

    • Exact same. They all come out of the same factory in China

      • Yep with different band names.

If they are the same from kogan, do not buy it. It will warm up your skin. I have another one from a average brand and it was wayyy better.
