Unsure if targeted but I received this deal in email. Picked up Blitzwolf® BW-BC1 Car bluetooth 5.0 FM Transmitter for US$7.99 (A$11.01). You might find some other bargains on the page.

1. Deposit Payment — August 25th 16:00 - August 31st 16:00 (UTC+8)
   You can book a product by paying a small deposit ($1 or $3), which ensures you own the extra discounts also locks inventory, as product is limited offer.
2. Balance Payment — August 31st 16:00 - September 1st 16:00( UTC+8)
   The final price equals deposit and balance payment. When you pay the balance payment, then you can get the product at an exclusively low price.
   (If you don’t pay the balance payment before June 30th 16:00 (UTC+8), deposit fee is non-refundable.)

  Yeah Nah. Overly convoluted gimmick. No year specified so that's one loophole for them. Did a few of their pay a X deposit and if you get enough people in, you all get it for Y price and If it fails then your deposit will be refunded. None ever "succeeded" and the desposits have never been refunded.
