Hi Everyone,

The lock downs are really driving online volume at the moment so I haven't had chance to post a deal for a week or so as my stubby fingers can barely keep up with the eBay orders rolling in. Pharmacy Action (PA Generic Health) is running a really good promo on their Spring Hayfever lines, I've never stocked the 70x tab variant of this line before - so like always the sales and votes will determine whether it becomes a staple stock item or a pass.

ITEM: 70x Cetrielf (Generic Zyrtec alternate)
CODE: bargain
PRICE: $10.99 after code
DELIVERY: Free via snail mail (or $6.99 express)
EXP DATE: 10/23

If anyone orders any combo of items from our site over $50 via Ozbargain tonight 30/8/21 I will post free by express post (just select the free shipping at checkout I'll post express at my cost)

For the cost per tablet mongers out there, I have a few boxes of Dr Reddy's Cetrine left at the original offer price https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/636452, I've put all of that stock up for sale as well tonight: https://pharmacysavings.com.au/products/cetrine-dr-reddys-ce… I can't get more stock of this item at the original price, so for the 300 or so Ozbargainers that ordered this item originally, this is your chance to restock at the original price.

Since we're on for Cetirizine tonight - For the Chemists' Own fans, I've restocked this perennial favourite tonight:

  • Any recommendations for Cetrielf, chemist's own or Dr Reddy's?

    • Same active ingredient in both, by sales volume Chemists own smashes everyone else in Cetirizne generic range but I’ve never had Cetrelief in a 70 box before so I’m very interested to see if there is enthusiasm for the brand.

      • any difference in tab size/texture etc? Had some a while ago that dissolved really quickly (not these brands though). Thanks for the quick reply!

These are all tiny pills across the brands, think large grain of rice (a common complaint with stablemate fexo is the tabs are huge in comparison)

  • thanks bought one

  • What's the use of these tablets. Obviously it's for symptoms, but what types of symptoms? Can anyone elaborate?

    • +2

      Product Description & Features

Indicated for the relief of symptoms of:

      Itchy skin rash/hives (Urticaria)
      Allergy related swelling
      Hives related swelling
      Itchy skin rash
      Hayfever such as:
          Sneezing
          Itchy and runny nose
          Itchy throat
          Itchy and watery eyes

    • It is used for generalised allergy symptoms probably the most common being hayfever. Can be used for a range of other allergy related conditions.

The symptoms runny nose/congestion/sneezing, itchy eyes etc can be caused by other things too. So I would not start using these without seeing a doctor.

    • I used them once for blue balls. Didn’t work.

  • Do you sell any fexo tablets that are smaller in size?

  • Any deals on Nasonex/alternatives?

Added just a tiny few of these, Ozb stock sold out but I know I've got a few on the shelves at the store - so dive in…https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/644676

  • Does zyrtec, telfast and loratadine work differently and/or have different efficacy? I think one is 12hours and another is 24, some are good for the sneezing and others work better for the itchy eyes, etc.

  • Thanks OP.

Placed an order on your website on the 31/07, sent in an email on 22/08 asking if there is delays since no delivery. Still haven't heard back or received delivery.

    • Pls send a pm with order number and I’ll look into it.

      • Actually showed up in the mail today. Thanks for the response.

  • Cheers…I'm a big fan of the Chemist Own brand ibuprofen over other brands like Neurofen so I've ordered some of the Zyrtec to try. Beats paying $14 for 10 at the supermarket.

Do you have anything for like an anti-parasite (suitable for horses is fine) and maybe an anti-malarial drug? Asking for a fat friend called Clive.

    • Does Fat Clive have a friend called Shorty Craig? And do they both enjoy sheep dipping?

      • As a young jackaroo the worst job I ever had was cleaning out the sump in a sheep dip. Two old ewes had fallen in, drowned, and slowly rotted into a liquid stew. I had to stand in it and use a bucket.

I will report I didn’t get sick for ages, months and months afterwards but.

  • I’ve just finished packing all orders from last night - I have a few boxes left so have marked as back in stock.

If you ordered and have not received a dispatch confirmation email, this means your address is invalid, I’ve emailed the 3-4 clients this applies to.

  • Do you by any chance have any generic rhinocort spray?

  • Hay fever has kicked in bad the last week. Just ordered some. Code still works. Praying for an auspost express miracle
