      Batteries are A-grade polymer. The manufacturer of these power banks is same as the one manufacturing for 3Sixt power banks widely sold in local stores.

    Are there any 10k QC3.0 powerbanks that are compact?

    They all seem to be the same size as my 20k Xiaomi ZMI

    Got one from you less then two months ago and now developing charging problems. Plug it into the charger shows fully charge that try to charge my s21 with the power bank it doesn't charge. Emailed your support and was told to send it in before getting a replacement?

    I had two power bank warranty before, one i deal direct with manufacturer and one with a third party supplier. Both send me advance replacement and a prepaid bag / label to return the faulty one….

    My point is I am disappointed how quick it developed problem and the RMA service isn't really good.

      Hey mate, I reckon it is usual to return the faulty item for inspection and issue a replacement. Regardless, it shouldn't have developed problem so early. Please send a video showing the S21 charging issue at [email protected]. I will talk to the team and sort it out.
