I know there have been slightly cheaper deals but not too bad for the EVGA (one of the better brands) version of this card.

Also, I'm not sure if I see any stock here but could be worth a shot:

Edit: I know everyones skeptical about this. I don't see anything online about them other than that one reddit thread saying it's dodgy. But they are listed on staticice which is how I saw this deal. I've emailed them to confirm if they have in stock, but buy at own risk, use PayPal or CC for chargeback in case it falls through.

          Around $1260 for the top model FTW3 actually when released. X3 in OPs post here was definitely going for around the $11XX RRP. Source: got one an hour after release.

          I bought my 3080 XC3 Ultra for $1189 from PLE, I ordered in november last year and received it 2 weeks ago.

          Looking back I should have bought a scalped one for 1600 around launch and mined with it until it paid for itself before using it for gaming haha.

      RRP was fake… Hence the first R is just "recommended".

      Only PLE listed the cards at RRP, and many purchasers at launch are still waiting for their cards to arrive…..

      Yeah came up straight away on my search as well,

      If you roll the dice - do yourself a favour and avoid bank transfer and go down the path of Paypal etc so you can at least dispute the transaction. WHen you add in the 3 percent surchage on those means (another warning bell ringing) it isnt really much cheaper than going with PLE or another quality vendor.

This statement actually means that the price may change today, tomorrow or in one hour, but regardless of the statement, if you place an order and pay for it, the price must be accepted, otherwise it is known as bait and switch advertising which is illegal and should be reported to Fair Trading.

    XC3 runs 10 degrees hotter than my gigabytes Aorus master and asus Strix ! Maybe FTW cards run cooler, but this card is a radiator right out of the box!

      Yeah it does run hotter. This is expected XC3 series is the only 2 slot card other then the FE. The others are 2.5+ slot and have larger cooler/heatsink. IMO this card is made perfectly for SFF PC cases like in the Dan A4. Otherwise would recommend against this card in a normal sized PC.

      Disagree as i own both, and my Gigabyte is the worst piece of shit i have ever owned, sits on its max temp of 80deg while fans spin at 100% while playing a moderate game

      Not to mention you can not even RMA anything with Gigbyte atm as they are suffering a ransomware attack, they used to be good but are garbage these days
