Initially, you can play until level 25, now they are giving the full game for prime members.

Quite a fun game.

  surprisingly good new IP, i think they kind of shot themselves in the foot though not making it free from the get go, so the playerbase is dwindling considerably. but what do i know

    Also its bad matchmaking for new players. Getting thrashed for your first 10 games is going to result in 90% of people uninstalling.

        Games seem to be increasingly tuned towards facilitating people who have a need for instant gratification now, because that helps retain players, which increases the chance of making money off microtransactions and DLC.

        I'm surprised that they didn't silently place you into bot matches for your first few games so that you could thrash them, think you're really good at the game to increase your chances of hanging around, and also ease you into getting used to the game so that by the time you do play against other humans you have at least some semblance of understanding of the game's mechanics.

          @Jonzay: It's generally frowned upon to includes bots in regular match making unless it's the mobile market, since that market have little overlap. Either that, or cause they felt like it's a waste of dev time.

          Personally, I think it's a good idea. No one likes being told to do a tutorial, but put that stuff into a regular game and people will feel like it's the intro section to a rpg.
