    8-digit calculator

    Basic functions only.

    It doesn't root

    • +1

How many digits is the minimum to constitute a root?

      • +6

        √1

        • √-1…?

          • +5

@Kangal: You must be imagining things.

    • +14

      It doesn't root…

Which is exactly the opposite of the wearer of one of these bad boys!

Strap this baby to your wrist (and once COVID times are over), you'll be beating the opposite sex off with a stick!

      • +10

They'll be beating off something alright…

        • I can confirm this watch helps increase beat count

    • But it can spell it

      12007

And can show off 80085 or 7175

  • +2

I understand the retro / geek value of this but does anyone actually ever use the calculator function?

    • +1

      You'd be surprised sometimes…

    • +8

      5318008

      • Requires a lot of arm and head twisting unless you're just showing off to your mates.

        • …just like most boobies out there

  • +8

This or a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona?

      Casio keeps better time

      • Thanks. Appreciate your help!

        • +17

Maybe buy him a beer too, he just saved you a bit of cash.

          • +6

@WatchNerd: I'll split a stubby of the Aldi house-brand pale ale with him/her/them

        Casio keeps better time

Nothing like walking into a room full of Swiss watch aficionados and asking them what time they think it is…

        • Fvck, that's a good one.
I can just imagine the Apple Watch people rolling their eyes at them.

  • +1

this one is a virgin bulletproof

    • +20

Great, I need a break from chicks hitting on me all the time.

      • +3

poor man! I hope they didn't hit you hard

      • What is negative display?

        • Shows the numbers in lighter colour against a dark background as opposed to the standard.

          • @Olliesh: Oh so dark mode? Thats good then dont know why it say its hard to see. All my apps in dark mode.

Didn't know these still existed. You were an absolute legend if you had those in school 25-30 years ago.

  • +1

    R.I.P Nairobi… :(

    • +2

Matrix 4 is soon though, she could come back

    • Bella Ciao

  • Tatical + Calculator = Tacticalc

    • +2

      Calcical surely

      • Calcitac

  • +4

I had that like 25 years ago… I also had the tv remote control watch. Now that was fun lol

  • +5

I have one for swimming. Watch and band are totally waterproof, and the calculator helps you buy ice creams for your family.

  • +2

GIFTCW7 got me an extra couple dollars off the white version……

    • +1

      Man I'm a sucker for casio….

  • -2

Funny, cause in everyone's other hand is a mobile phone that is a million times easier to use than these watches. Hard to push the buttons with normal sized fingers

  • did you mean smart watch?

  • lol its the 1980s again yay!!

  • +1

    +1 for nostalgia

  • Dissapointed at the lack of Dwight Schrute references here!

  • +1

The green is back in stock but it's gone up $1.00.

  • Any feedback on the watch & delivery times?
