$5 Cash Back @ QV Skin Care via App

820

QV is giving $5 cashback for selected product below from participating retailers (I assume most chemist will be, as it works with CWH).
Purchase by 30 Sep 2021, claim by 7 Oct 2021.

You need to download their reward app to claim (1 cashback only per reward member):
https://www.qvskincare.com.au/MyQVRewards.html

List of eligible product:

  • QV Skin Lotion 1L/KG or 1.25L/KG;
  • QV Gentle Wash 1L/KG or 1.25L/KG;
  • QV Wash 1L/KG or 1.25L/KG;
  • QV Bath Oil 1L/KG or 1.25L/KG;
  • QV Cream 1L/KG; and
  • QV Intensive Moisturising Cleanser 1L/KG.

It also stacks with the reward stamp, 1 stamp for every $5 purchase value and you can get another $5 every 10 stamps (double stamps for the first month if you're new member). So, purchasing the QV Cream 1KG for $28 for example, will get you 5 stamps (rounded down) for existing member, or 10 stamps for new member (which is another $5).

Be careful though, once it's approved, they only give us 7 days to withdraw to our bank account (I don't know what happen if u don't claim on time, as I claimed mine upon receiving email of successful claim).

Amazon is unfortunately not their approved retailer for their QV rewards, as I tried in the past and rejected (it's ashamed as they usually match CWH price, delivered with prime and you can use gift card/better cash back most of the time).

New Members will receive two (2) Stamps for every FIVE Australian Dollars - $5 spent online or in-store on Participating Products (participating pharmacy store) for purchases made within the first 30 days (one month) of their Membership. The 30 day period commences on the date of registration and concludes after 30 days.

These QV products are really expensive..

    • +6

They are. But they’re the only cream that works for my kids, so kinda stuck with it

      • +2

Opportunity to start a business :)

    • +3

Not expensive when you have some skin conditions that only QV works. Saves multiple visits to see your dermatologist.

      • Even more opportunity to start a business :)

  • +1

It just saids double stamps first month. Nothing about buy one product get $5. And where's the t&cs?

  • -3

    Anyone else avoid petrolatum-containing products?

    • Yeah I use ethique concentrates

    • +2

      Not me 😊😊

    • +2

The QV products mentioned never go on sale, so a cashback offer is a good deql

      • -2

It’s good offer though CWH does have deals on QV products from time to time ..(more than the usual discount)

        • +2

Lol no. $5 off is a great deal, you can check pricehipster yourself. I use QV gentle wash and it's always $18.99. The only time it dips below $17 is if there happens to be a 10% off storewide sale on top of a $1 discount.

@ippy: Again, wouldn't go as far to say it is a bargain. Bargain refers to an item much cheaper than it usually is. Very subjective and opinionated, hence my opinion %20 off isn't a bargain… I would say anything %40+ is a bargain. Just using logic to support my argument.

    • If you’re buying it anyway then it is.

      • -5

So if I make a post about a $10 mouse that is $1 off, would that also be a bargain to those people already buying it? If what your saying is applicable to anything regardless of the discount, then there would be 10000000 posts a day on this site.

        • +1

20% off would be $8 and if it never went on special and was something that I had to buy often and was a great product, then yes i think it would be a great deal. Just because it's ozbargain, doesn't mean everything has to be 40% off minimum.

  • From their app

Buy any 1KG/L or 1.25KG/L product between 19th August 2021 and 30th September 2021 and upload your receipt to the My QV Rewards app to earn $5 INSTANT* cashback!

Receipts must be submitted by 11:59PM AEST on the 7th October 2021

Thanks! I'm a heavy user of QV products because of my skin condition and this is a great bargain to me.

    • +2

Same too. Been using QV multiple times a day for over 15 years. Pretty much rely on it. Glad to see there's some consolation with this cashback program - signed up last month.

      • +1

Same here. QV intensive & eczema products are the only non-steroids products that work for my eczema. I use more than 1kg intensive cream per month. So any cashback is a deal for me. I'm just a bit curious as to the stamps, I didn't know this before. Is this new? I've prob used tons of QV over the years….

        • Yep - also eczema with QV intensive. My eczema is starting to calm down a bit more now but I do relate to the amount of cream I used to use. Edit to me saying I signed up last month - looks like it was around June. Saw promotional material about it when I was at CWH.

        • It’s started earlier this yr. Their app said any purchase from 8/2/21 can be claimed (didn’t say any limit on how long u have to do it). Give it a try, if u still can find the receipt, u might earn a lot of stamps (only for stamps, this $5 cashback started 19/8/21)

need to buy at least $50 to get $5, not a good deal

  • Sweet was waiting for another ShopBack/Cashrewards $5 bonus to purchase some QV cream from CW! But this will do! Cheers!

  • +1

someone let us know if there's a sale so we can stack :D

  • Anyone use Eluephrat as a script combined with this?

    • I've used Eluephrat before combined with QV eczema products & intensive ointment.

    • +1

Yes, eleuphrat will calm down irritation and QV moisturiser helps provide a protective barrier

Using something like QV wash will also help lessen irritation if you are sensitive to whatever soap/cleaning products you are currently using, meaning you may have to use eluephrat less often moving forward.

I've found from experience the ceramides-included stuff also works well.

As always, don't trust a random ozbargainer (me), and speak to your GP or dermatologist if you have any further questions :)

  • I saw on Chemist Warehouse that they are offering free express delivery this week only (not all locations).

I purchase some QV cream last night and just received delivery now. 12 hour turnaround from order to delivery. I'm quite impressed.

    • I placed a normal non-express order last night (free delivery over $50 because the $30 express delivery wasn't available), and they express delivered via Door Dash it just now (was expecting for it to arrive by post in a week or so)

    • I don’t seem to get a tax invoice from CW for my pervious click and collect online orders. What do you use to get your $5 back?

      • If you purchased with a Chemist Warehouse account, you will be able to see purchase history and download PDF. If you pruchased as a guest, I think you can email to request.

  • Does buying on CW Ebay qualify?

  • Got my $5, thanks OP.

  • Just trying to understand this statement:

"You need to download their reward app to claim (1 cashback only per reward member):"

Is $5 the limit for the promotion? Or for each 10 stamps you can only claim once (so there is no $ limit you can receive back)

    • No, the instant $5 cashback is the limited offer that u can claim once (for buying the product on the list). The stamps are ongoing rewards for buying any QV products (can stack on top of the $5)

      • Ah yep makes sense now, thanks. Website doesn't seem to be working for me anymore though.

  • Hey can anyone confirm this cashback (not the rewards stamps), link doesn't seem to work and when I emailed they seemed to indicate it was an "old promotion" even though the dates should still be valid..

EDIT: it still appears in the app thankfully, but not sure what to make of this email I received still (doesn't seem to mention the cashback program?)

"That link you've sent is for an old promotion so you won't be able to access that anymore, however as long as you submit the receipt through the app you'll earn stamps once I have processed them.
Everything has been done for you on this receipt that you've submitted."

    • Update: I see it actually comes up as a separate CAHSBACK in the app, all good!

  • Thanks OP, got a bottle of wash and a face scrub delivered to my door under 30 mins for $27 and just got credited $10 through the app.
