    wifi strip lights i bought from you guys doesnt connect to the wifi and the off button on the remote just turns them green. Plenty of other amazon reviews saying the same thing. Buyer beware.

      Hey, buddy, the light strip only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, please check the WIFI frequency, and please don’t be too far away from the WIFI transmitter, which may affect the signal reception.Some customers encountered such problems, and they were all solved very well.

          I’ve bought three and they all work fine & connect with Alexa.

          No problem connecting then through the Tuya Smart app too.

          Their customer service is good so let them know & they’ll sort you out

      I had the same issue, just send em an email letting them know the issue, they sorted it out for me very quickly.

        I bought from the last deal and it did take a while to get them connected, but eventually got it all working through the app. I think the mistake I was making was selecting 'lightstrip' in the app when I think just selecting 'light' worked.

      Hey, buddy, this is not advisable, maybe the light bar can also be on, but this may change the original settings of the WIFI LED strip light, and cause the light strip to not be controlled, or some other problems.

    Purchased from previous deal. Installed on ceiling 2 weeks later a 30cm piece of it had blue leds switched off / burnt. Amazon wanted me to return the product for a refund with all these lockdowns in place not gonna happen. Buyer beware not a quality product.

      Yeah I got the 5m wifi one from the last deal and It has one LED right in the middle that is faulty and always shows red

      Same issue. Bought last deal, after about 3 months, and maybe 30 total uses of 1-2 hours each time its burnt out and nothing lights up anymore. Amazon gave me a refund without having to return it after I pointed out to them it was all sticky, so I guess theres that.
