OVE Duchess 1524mm Double Basin White Vanity with Marble Top $1399.99 Delivered @ Costco (Membership Required)

100

I bought this last year as part of my renovation. It is the cheapest one I can see with a proper marble top with a dual sink. Anywhere else I see, you are looking at $3000+ at least, not including delivery:

The quality is fantastic for the price paid. Highly recommended. The marble top feels amazing. They were out of stock for a year, and Costco must have just received another batch. But my guess is that their stock is limited.

They also have a Grey colour version at the same price ($1399.99):

This is the manufacturer's website information on this vanity:

Then there is the 1067mm single sink version (white) at $1199.99:

1067mm single sink version (grey) at $1199.99:

They have other types of bathroom vanities on sale but the ones with the most value are the ones with marble tops.

Costco vanities are great quality, and even better value. We brought the similar (and same price, but got ours slightly cheaper again) Lakeview vanity ( https://www.costco.com.au/Home-Improvement/Bathroom/Basins-W… ) back in May for the bathroom reno. IMHO, the Lakeview is slightly superior to the Duchess because of the under basin 'drawers' being usable. Worth considering the two varieties, for those wanting a new bathroom vanity.

    • For the same price, you get the pocket drawers, but you downgrade from Marble to manufactured stone for the top.

It depends on the aesthetic you are looking for I guess.

Depends what you consider a downgrade. Natural marble stains easily because it's porous, scratches easier, and requires regular resealing (every 12 mths is recommended). Cultured stone doesn't stain, far less likely to scratch, nor need resealing. In a bathroom setting (oils, colours, make-up, scratchable utensils), choosing cultured stone was a conscious choice - I've seen natural marble not looked after and stained, it's terrible.

  • Wish they had wall hung models too.
