    What is the usual price?

  • +3

What's the difference between this one and these $10 ones from Big W and Target?

Seems a bit pricey compared to other ones.

    • -7

It's different, this is Deluxe Edition, has PPE equipment, and others tools.

      • +3

PPE? You mean that cheap plastic glasses? 😂

        • -3

          personal protective equipment.

          • +1

@Amywho: Your pictures in ebay don't show PPE, it just shows a cheap plastic goggle lol!!

        • +2

Maybe disposable gloves as well… Otherwise, how do you justify the name - "Deluxe"?

    • +4

Thanks, grabbed the bigw one instead.

        diefferent from this one.

You ordered 50 of these from China for ~<$6 a pop and wondering why you can't flip them for $30.

You can buy everything from aliexpress, even cheaper than kmart, but you have to wait months.
Do you think overseas shipping is free? Or do you think we won't pay postage fees?

        Free Shipping

to Australia via AliExpress Standard Shipping

        Estimated Delivery on Oct 02

Your business model is flawed. If you were selling it with reasonable markup e.g. $10 or even $15 then maybe you'd have an argument. $30 is taking the piss.

I guess you've sold one unit so there's always suckers out there.

Bro, There are ebay fees and postage fees when doing business on eBay, business it's not easy like you thought.
          Anyway, thanks for your feedback.

          • @Amywho: Oh I know. That's why I said your business model is flawed.

          • +1

            @Amywho: Ebay takes ~12-13%
            $29.90 * (1-13%) = $26
            Item cost say $6
Shipping for <500g small item with an auspost business account or discounted stamps is ~$6.18
            = profit of $13.82

Thats 230% your initial cost. Would make a great investment if it succeeded.

            • @OkinawaMilkTea: to be fair, I don't think OP's product is the $6 version - it looks like at least the $13-14 one. But even refactoring for that they're still an expensive dropshipper.

              • @MattyD: Hm True, I guess. But looks like they're shipping from Auburn thought, meaning they probably holding stock and bought in bulk somewhere like Alibaba, where it's around $3-5 a pop https://www.alibaba.com/trade/search?fsb=y&IndexArea=product…
It's probably how Target and Big W purchase it too and how they multiply their money as well.

                • @OkinawaMilkTea: Target and Big W sells them for $10 a pop. And they've got to pay rental fees as well. I'd say it's not too bad a mark up, compared to OP.

              • @MattyD: It is the exact same shit lol!! Look at the photos on aliexpress, it comes with the cheap plastic goggle that according to OP, is PPE 🤣🤣🤣

      • The $6 one from aliexpress comes with free shipping LOL. Are you saying aliexpress sellers don't pay postage fees?

Should there be a new "valid reason to vote negative" added to the guidelines: "unreasonable markup from a dropshipper"?

    • Issue with retailer is a valid reason for neg.
