      LCA001 are the new ones with Bluetooth.

      LCT015 are either 3rd gen (if gold writing on the bulb), or what is referred to as 3.1 gen (if silver writing on the bulb).

      Colours with 3 or 3.1 gen will be the same as the Bluetooth ones (gen 1 and 2 are different) and if they are 3.1 they may be slightly more efficient (9.5W vs 10W of actual power usage or something like that). I received 3.1 from EB.

  Got 2 of my 3x light starter kits and my dimmer switch today.

  Setting up was easy and now I can control the lights in my wife's bedroom at will, haha.

  Mine also arrived unsealed and covered in dust. I haven't had a close look yet but one of the bulbs definitely has a mark on it. I suspect when I go to add it will show me that they have been paired before and are not new as advertised.

    So I ordered two of the 'Hue White & Colour B22 3 Pack' and they are definitely used (not just scratched) as I had to enter serial numbers in order to get them to pair with the Hue Hub (new ones detect automatically on first setup).

    EB have refunded me the postage, and offered to send me a postage bag to return them for a full refund as they do not have any new ones in stock in their distribution centre. I have requested to wait for new stock to arrive, or for a partial refund of the product itself. It's still not a bad price even if second hand, but it's more about the dishonesty shown by advertising new stock and sending used items.

  On a whim I decided to re-check. Despite the main page showing the single play bar as OOS, two of the stores within easy driving radius showed them as available. I put an order through to try my luck and got confirmation - one left at each store, so I snagged them both.

  Definitely new stock, not repackaged or returned.
