    Thanks for this, I haven’t done any exercise at all for months - I used to go to the gym 4 times a week before lockdown. I commit getting out on my bicycle and beating a PB.

    You MUST have at least $2 in your credit card account.

    In order to order, they do a Verification charge of $1 USD (about $1.37 AUD) to your credit card to make sure the card is valid.

    Otherwise, it fails!

        • I followed it up and got a reply saying that they just needed an account to be created as it's a subscription and to ignore the address issue email. In saying that, it's still sitting at unfulfilled.

          I got another email with a reminder for the next delivery though lol

  • Ok guys, am going to start refunding people who continue to slag off our crew, and do not understand the gravity of the size of our operation, we're not an Amazon, please don't expect next day delivery, the world on our side or many eComm businesses just do not work in this fashion, when you press buy, your order does not magically just arrive at your door because 10 crew have made sure its fulfilled correctly. We're a made to order coffee company and we have to roast 3000 orders all at once. We're doing everything in our power to have you sorted. I'd be more then happy to refund you so that you can go and grab the same thing somewhere else at full price. Also, the tuuud from the hard noses is just not cool. Please and thank you.       The problem is that you're promoting more and more deals while complaining that you're inundated with orders which makes your issue worse. Why not just post one deal - ship it all out - then post another deal? Stagger it to keep your customers happy.

      You're also telling people that their orders will be shipping in a day or two (I've been told this a few times when contacting your team), but then don't actually send it out for weeks afterwards.

    Don't bother. They don't send it to you. Also, they will tell you off if you order ground coffee, because you should be using whole beans and grinding it yourself-

    • whaaaa…. if your speaking about Barty, again your talking smack! we offer a ground service for most of our profiles.

    • Actually they do, mine arrived. And way to go slamming a business and not even having the courtesy to follow up when the business responds to your accusations.

      And you should be grinding your own coffee, pre-ground will be stale AF by the time you use it.

      Most of the last week 1st instalments of subs left yesterday, can I ask how much of your PB you've hit?

  • Just to make sure, do i need to cancel BEFORE or AFTER the fourth order has happened to avoid the $12.50? My first order says fulfilled now, and second order obviously unfulfilled. So i think this is being shipped pretty much one week after putting order in by the looks of it?

  • Hiya! I ordered on the 22/09 and haven’t received any updates on the order since then (although I did receive an automated tracking number to track through sendle or shop app, but it hasn’t been updated since the 22nd). Have you got any updates? Order number 2768 :)

    • Just received my order :D The tracking updated last night and was delivered today. I wasn’t buzzed in my apartment to know it had arrived, but was notified by the Shop app - so just be aware of that if you’re concerned about packages being left. Thanks Barty 🤙🏻

  • Me too. Item has not been picked up. Although it may not be their fault for the delivery delay but I can't wait that long for coffee to arrive if I really subscribe to it. Have decided to cancel the subscription and there was no option for it. Had to email them directly to cancel :(

    Just got the notification that the next installment (2nd week) is going to cost $17, still haven't received my first as well. Emailing to cancel and will maybe reconsider a long way down the track when you guys have settled and found your footing, just way too many problems at the moment.

    Really wanted to love you guys, liked your mission and was ready to support y'all as my main coffee drip, but this whole experience has not been great

    is there a way to change the subscription from beans to ground without losing your offer? Loving your generosity and the newsletters btw. And for giving us a great incentive to wake up and get moving again!

    For the negative commenters, my coffee beans arrived well packaged in 6 business days… pretty good considering current covid delays and amazing that they were free!

    Got my first shipment today! Package said roasted 29 Sept. Had signed up for a fortnightly sub on 16 Sept and received notification on 29 Sept that billing for my second order was coming up (but didn’t get billed anything). Took a while to get the order but happy to wait since they’re a small biz and already gave fair warning plus shipping delays with all couriers these days.

    On another note, been getting out and walking with the kids more! Thanks for the inspiration OP!

    • I received the 2nd batch today, same circumstances as you (incl. roast date) except for weekly subscription. It seems to take 2-3 weeks from order to delivery.

      Not complaining since it's a free promotion and I've been more active too.

      More FYI of fulfilment time for those that might be in need of immediate coffee orders.

  • I received my latest shipment today with a 'RO 13/10/21' sticker on the back. I was dubious that the beans were roasted, packed and arrived from NSW all in one day, and looking at sendle tracking the package was indeed picked up from sender on the 12th October. Has anybody else noticed similar? Barty can you explain?

    • Also, the courier network speed is hard to predict and it's been a problem of ours since covid hit.

  • Hey guys, all beans are roasted daily irrespective if you've received our pack late, also, please make sure you degas for approx. 7-10 days to get a good cup … so if you have beans that are around 14 days that because we've tried to degas the roast for you. everything we ship is fresh. thanks, Bart
