    Thanks, grabbed seven

    • What are you going to wish for

      • +1

I'm gonna wish for this alarm to actually work so I don't get fired

    • Now you need balls number one to six

  • Thanks OP just got for a friends b'day

  • Looks like a giant ping pong ball on the clock…

  • +1

Sad that the Eevee one isn't on sale! Looks like the clock itself is identical, just has an Eevee on it instead plus a much higher price tag…

    • Eevee has a lamp, but not a speaker like this one.

  • +2

    Thanks, got all 7.

  • +3

    Grab your balls every morning.

  • +3

They had to choose a number and they chose Dragonball number 4?
Seriously 4 is bad luck for Chinese

    • +1

      As well as the Japanese.

    • +4

just grab a pen and draw another star on there

      • Make sure it's red and position well better yeah 3D print the thing replace it

    • +7

Well it's the one featured in the opening, on Gohans hat, and on a lot of merchandise/promos.

    • +2

because that is the ball Goku got from his grandpa I believe

      • And if I recall correctly grandpa Gohan was killed by Goku …..

    • +6

If my memory is not wrong, very first Dragon Ball Goku has is a 4-Stars one (from his grandpa). To people buying this, it means different.

      • +1

Nice, that hits different. I guess

      • That's why he died quickly went to see Kai king

    • This is straya mate.

      • +2

Tell that to the luxury apartment in Sydney CBD where anything with number 4 is removed.

no Unit 24.04 - 23.03 then next unit is 23.05
No level 14 or 24 entire levels missing.

        Welcome to Australia

        • That's cause of foreigners from Asia background unlikely to buy anything with 4 in it.

Also the builder might be of Chinese or Asian background as well.

In Malaysia you would see 4 skipped but named as 3A

        • Dramatic voice "Next time on Sydney CBD, investors learn about unbelievable defects in luxury apartment towers, will our heros overcome. find out in an all new episode of "Sydney CBD".

    • The four-star ball was originally the ball Goku's grandfather left for him, if I remember correctly.

    • Most of the merch centers around the 4 star ball. It's the one his grandpa has, and the one he puts on Gohan's hat etc.

  • +7

That speaker is probably going to be absolute trash.

    • It does glow in the dark does it?

  • +5

I am pretty sure I could make this myself with some hot glue and one of those vinyl bouncy balls from Kmart

  • Grabbed one for the fun of it, thanks OP

  • +1

this is great memorabilia regardless of the negative sentiment on this forum since DBZ was my childhood its massively worth it, cheers OP, good post

  • +1

The alarm sound should be Vegeta screaming when he finds out they summoned the Dragon while he was napping.

    • +1

      THWARTIN' MA PLANS?

  • +5

  • +1

  • +5

  • Damn, $15 shipping for a $13 product, lol, yeah right!

    • Refresh try to get couriers please, at half price. StarTrack too dear

  • Thanks OP!

I wanted to get one before but didn't think it was worth $50

  • +1

It has a 3.5 mm jack

for listening to the greatest theme

  • +1

    Dragon, dragon, rock the dragon

  • Received today quality is poor the battery compartment requires some fiddling else the batteries do not sit in to power up the clock. If it's misaligned by 1mm it won't work. you inserted it the way it wants to touch the metal plates

  • Loses about 5 minutes time a day. Not good.

    • A digital clock losing time per day is like tits on a nun.

      • Gosh that's very bad way to put it….

    • Same loses time, not much point this clock. I think all of them are like that. Poor quality

  • yeah im finding im losing about 10-15 min per day

And the instructions to enable the alarm doesnt seem to work - it just changes the alarm time without enabling it

    • Hold the left button on the front for a couple seconds to activate the alarm. You will see the icon light up.

      Here's the manual: https://teknofun-entertainment.com/medias/uploads/2019/01/DB…

Can't comment on losing time though. Have had it since I made the deal and it's been the same time as checked with my phone.

      • awesome thanks - the manual that came in there had different instructions to activate the alarm which didnt work!

      • I think I just got a bad one. It is constantly losing about 5-6 minutes each day.

Batteries did not work in it either. Could not be bothered mucking around with it.

Returning it for a refund on Monday.

        • Yeah it does lose time what a rubbish product did they accept your return??

  • i found mine lost 10-15 minutes on the first day and after that time kept fine since

    • my one lost 8 mins in a week, then i adjusted it lost another few mins but it has been fine since then. its weird
