Just be careful with Lego cashback. I’ve made three purchases and EVERYONE has been rejected! Not only with ShopBack but with Cashrewards too!
I’ve been using both for many years, so it 100% wasn’t a problem on my end, but even after disputes were put in, only cashrewards paid one of them out of good faith as Lego rejected all of them!

I had the same experience. Do not rely on cashbacks with Lego, the chances of getting one is very slim.
Bloody shame as I would have fired if reliable tracking .
@Poss81 Did you use VIP points/codes then maybe? In shopback it says you can't use codes.
In my case I've made 3 purchases using Cashrewards and have gotten all 3 back. All were from $150-$200 orders. I've got a 4th one pending now.
Nope, did everything correctly. One was my first every direct Lego purchase of the Space Shuttle (ShopBack, with bonus cashback deal), the next two were on a 15% bonus cashback deal where I bought R2-D2, I did two separate orders on CashRewards since ShopBack didn't track, but same issue. CashRewards honored one of them out of good will since I've been using them since they started and had good history with them, but they told me Lego rejected both of them.
I'm not blaming either ShopBack or CashRewards, it's Lego I don't trust!

Totally agree after dealing with their hierarchy .
There is definitely a problem with LEGO cashbacks and tracking, whether it is with Shopback or Cashrewards. It was working fine until end of 2020 or early 2021, however since March/April, my purchases through Lego.com have never tracked, whether using browser/CR app/SB app.

Was about to buy the Saturn last night, but pulled the trigger after seeing this, should save around $23. Turned screen recording on so should have enough to prove I used it properly if there are any issues.
I forgot about the free gift if you spend over a certain amount. Are you supposed to add it to your cart. Or do they just add one in randomly? Any chance I can get it after the fact?
Pretty sure it gets added automatically, unless they have already gone through the allocation which happens fairly quickly depending on popularity

Just tried it, got the code from Nintendo, and when entering it on Lego site it says "this code has reached its redemption limit". I've never redeemed this before.
It's a 100 day wait for the cashback. Might be better off just waiting for a sale, or only using this on items that won't go to retail anytime soon.
Good point. I've been waiting months for anyone to have stock of the Saturn. It's on backorder at Lego. And went out of stock recently before just coming back to back order again. And U was literally going to buy it last night at full price, so this was definitely helpful for me, but yeah, anything widely available and regularly on sale elsewhere probably wouldn't be as worth it. Especially of there are issues with tracking.
I assume using the coupon to redeem the free gift (monster/snail) would invalidate cashback?
Is this only at Lego. com or can it be used on the AG Lego Stores website too?
