Hi all, noticed price just dropped today.

Couple of bucks more than previous sales, but first time price has dropped in nearly 2 months - Camels x3

    Been looking at picking up two monitor mounts for awhile now, what's everyone's opinions on F80 vs H80?

      From previous posts, the store rep said the H80 can extend 100mm higher.
      I have a F80 and find it does go high enough, but I'm fairly short and already have it near max height.

      Also, the F80 can bring the screen all the way down to the table, not sure if the H80 can.

        H80 definitely can go down. I feel the H80 is more flexible because you can slide it up and down as well as have the range of motion, whereas the F80 is rigidly mounted, so you might need to move the mount itself across the desk to get the right position.

      They recommend the F100A for 34", though one comment reports F80 works fine with the Xiaomi 34.

      Ive never tried with this one but i had an older ebay monitor arm and its holding my 34 inch wide monitor with no issues

      I bought one for my xiaomi 34" and I don't use it.

      It mounts but it kept drooping down and had no ability to rotate up and down. It could 'just' hold it basically. So pretty much, get a stronger one.

        I managed to have it hold on. Did you tighten the adjustor hidden behind the caps behind where the monitor meets the VESA mount plate?

          Alright, it works now with tightening that bit. Although there's no movement up or down, I'd have to angle it the way I want it and then tighten it to hold the position. Even if a little bit of tension is removed, it immediately bends down.

          Also, if I extend the arm the whole way (max length), it feels a bit wobbly. Even typing now the monitor wobbles a bit.

            @th123: Yea. That's what's happening with me too. 1. I tighten and never adjust. 2. I bump the table and the whole monitor wobbles bit. I guess this monitor is at the upper end of its weight limit. But for me, it works how I want it to.

      I use my 34" Xiaomi with the F80 and it works fine. Just need to really tighten both of the monitor adjustment screws.

      I have this and Xaiomi 34", working well, no issue of others said, it doesn't hold it weight, just need to tighten the gas lift.

    Can this be fixed into the grommet hole in the desk? Like can you unscrew the mounting bracket to put it through the grommet hole and fix it there?

      You only need an 8 mm hole too which is nice

          No worries!
          I found my H80 to be really good quality compared to the $30 generic brand eBay mounts that work purchased for our desks.
          Just be aware that the gas strut is pretty powerful so be careful the first time you remove the strap around it!
