it seems to be. i haven't been in years, would like to check it.
I think this is reflective on the cheap VIP tix….perhaps it isn't as popular as it used to be.
You do get to mingle with the odd AV star from time to time there. I went (quite) a few years ago & had the opportunity to meet Jenna Jameson. She was absolutely lovely, both aesthetically & personally!
I'm training hard now to beat Tito Ortiz & steal her off him! :p

For anyone that hasn't been.
As mentioned, its a large adult shop that is overpriced.
But not only that, the showbags and quite a lot of their products appear to be sourced from suppliers similar to Dealextreme.
The only thing not overpriced, but obviously 95% of your ticket price is the shows. You get a little bit of nudity but thats it. You can get more of it and cheaper elsewhere if you really need it.
but elsewhere will be less likely to be approved by your gf!

What i don't understand when you buy the ticket it says specify "thursday and Friday" or "saturday and Sunday" but it can be used for any day right?
Its self explanatory, you pick the one you are able to attend.
Whats the after party all about? Is it worth it?

For $25 you Sydney folk can catch a Greyhound Bus to Canberra, and you can get free access to eXtra material that is far superior to that offeRed at sexpo, and isn't as overpriced or overcrowded….. with 24/7 365 days a year access.
(added benefit of not running into anyone you know from work or family while you are looking at your favourite thang)
I've heard that the NSW and VIC sexpo are better than the QLD because of different laws, does anyone know if this is true?
Also out of curiosity, what are the dates of the sexpo in sydney? (I'm at work, can't check it!)

Oh OK, I just heard that as a result of this there are more actual porn stars and more 'content'in the show overall (live shows etc)
The brisbane one is really lame, just like walking around a large adult store, except Russell Gilbert is there (not saying he wouldn't be at a normal adult store!)
Generally the places with more people providing better profits will have better shows.

If this event is anything like the Melbourne one it was a huge disapointment. Myself and the girlfriend went last year and you pretty much pay for the privelege of walking around a very large adult shop - there is very little there you couldnt get any where else and prices are cheaper online. The talk we went to was really uninformative and the stage show just as poor. Save your money and go to a decent classy Burlesque show instead.
