Saw this come up for pre order, release 29th October. Purchase for novelty factor and Xmas build up alone, however hoping to score my wife some decent cosmetics too. Ymmv.

  On the plus side,

  -there'd likely be a bunch of stuff she'd use
  -it's fun to get a new thing each day

  On the other hand,

  -I have no idea how useful half of it would be to her
  -she doesn't want me to spend an arm and a leg on prezzies
  -I spent 30 bucks on face cream the other day, I've hit my dumb boy quota on pretty girl stuff for a while

  Wish you could choose one with just male or unisex products.

  Didn't know there was a thing called a lip scrub. Do people actually exfoliate them?

    Yes. Lips can get dry and flaky. But using a scrub should only be done occasionally or weekly.

  I got this for my wife last year, it was very well received! Great selection of stuff, definitely more than $100 worth, and was good for some stuff she wouldn't normally buy/hadn't used before.
