  • this appears to be good pricing!

    • don't all retailers 'buy from supplier in bulk'?
at least it looks more legit than the uk online shops

      • +1

Indeed, but not all retailers could get a good bulk price & would pass on the deals to end-user.
We have very close relationship with disti & our memory supplier so we could pass this offer to you all.

We work on very minimal margin basis for the launch to get more positive inputs from online buyers.

        Cheers

    • Grab em while you can, this deal will only be up till wednesday noon.
We will come back with more deals in future.

      Cheers

  • Nice price, I've just bought some of them. Thanks for this good deal :)

    • Thank you for your input

  • would class 4 Micro SDHC be a problem for my android phone?

    • No, it is still a standard class of micro SDHC in the market.
Class 2 is the older ones.
For SanDisk, Class 4 is common and Class 6 is the new micro SD model with up to 15mb/s speed (much pricey though)

It will definitely work on your android phone.

      Cheers

  • +1

francesca2148, you may want to update the description SDHC only goes up to 32GB in size and the new standard SDXC starts from 64GB which you have listed as SDHC in the description.

EDIT: SDXC can come in 32GB card variants apologies for the mistake there. But most will start at 64GB.

Anyways off to buy some SD Cards thanks for the deal :)

    • Hi jlogic,

Thanks for the correction & support.
      Will make correction now.

  • Any chance of a 16gb class10 SDHC?

    • Hi mystique1

Not at this moment unfortunately, let me work out with my supplier.
Maybe another few simple sweet deals this friday?

Are you after the extreme 45mb/s or the extreme pro 95mb/s?
Fyi, the ultra sdhc class 6 has been upgraded to 30mb/s (the same speed as the current extreme 45mb/s 2 months back).

I can do a discount of $2 off for both class 10 extreme hd $29.95 and extreme pro $59.95.
If you check the current market price, $29.95 / $65.90 is the best price you can get in the market.

      Cheers

      • Francesca,

I just made my order (Order No: #000270) for a 16GB Class10 SDHC extreme HD 45mb/s and then saw this. Any chance you can apply the $2 discount back into my paypal account for my order please?

        Thanks, bennib0i.

        • +1

          Hi bennib0i,

No problem, i will do the refund to your paypal account later tonight.
          I'm busy with dispatch still.

          Cheers

        • Legend..wait for it…darrry.

          Hi bennib0i,

Refunded $2 to your paypal account.

        • Thanks just saw the email pop-up! legend :)

  • aye Have been looking for a while on ebay for a decent card but its hard to trust most of the sellers.

This seem like a good buy for a good quality card, great for my new dicksmith g550 DSLR :)

  • quick question, doesany here know if the canon 550D support SDXC. a quick google search doesnt give any conclusive answers.

    • Don't know about SDXC but this SDHC definitely support.Just wonder why u r asking this?

      • the 64gb and above cards are SDXC

        • I think its SanDisk Extreme HD Video SDHC Class 10 45MB/s 32GB : $49.80 as per title & this one i bought for Canon 550D.

        • Be careful about putting all your eggs in one basket. Even a 32gig will hold over 1000 RAW or 4000 jpeg files in the 550d.
Doubling that is a lot of pics to loose if the card currupts or you break/loose the thing.

    • +1

Yes, according to page 2 of my user's manual: "This camera is compatible with SD memory cards, SDHC memory cards and SDXC memory cards."

      • Thanks, My manual isnt with me so that was a big help.

Awesome, just bought 2. Now time to flog them off on eBay. $$$$

      • Thanks for the reply

        "SanDisk Cruzer Micro U3 32GB USB Flash Drive" - what's the u3? usb 3.0?

And isn't the "SanDisk Extreme HD Video SDHC Class 10 45MB/s 32GB : $49.80" better and cheaper than the "Ultra Micro SDHC Class 6 32GB : $58.95"?

        • +1

That's the standard size for camera, not gonna fit into the GS2.

        • Hi Oliver,

We are here to offer best deals on memory, you're right. The Extreme 32GB is indeed a crazy price and are much better than the ultra series.
Fyi, this deals will only stay till while stock last, we only got hand to about 300pcs.
When the deal is over, the price will be back up by $5-$10.
The Extreme series seem to have higher demand than the Ultra ones, so i work out on extreme series with my supplier.

          FYI, U3 doesn't stand for USB3.0
It is a smart technology for flash drives, please check below link:
          http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U3

          Cheers

        • Thanks for the note Wolfie.
Yea, the SDHC will not fit into the S2.

          SDHC is this:
          http://www.memorycity.com.au/sandisk/29-sandisk-extreme-hd-v…

What you need for mobile phones use - micro SDHC
          http://www.memorycity.com.au/sandisk/34-sandisk-microsdhc-cl…

          Cheers.

        • U3 is a type of flash drive made for running software using the U3 Launchpad. It's been around since about '09 think (Or at least that's when I remember getting one).

          I refer a standard drive + PortableApps

  • Hi Francesca

Bit confused here. Just placed an order Order: #000137

Your post said: "Prices includes 10% GST, electronic TAX invoice available upon request"

But the invoice I downloaded doesn't have an ABN on it so isn't a tax invoice, and gives the price exc and inc tax the same.

Do I have to request a TAX invoice and if so how?

Also a bit confused that the order is #000137 but the invoice is #IN00133

and the date on the invoice is 03/12/2012 which in Australia is 3 December 2012!

    Thanks for your attention!

    • +1

      Hi davedave,

Let me look it up for you.
I am pretty new with the back end system, i will sort it out for you asap.

      Sorry about that.

      • Cool. It's good price anyway. And if my report helps you sort out your system, then it's win-win. Better you sort issues now before there are bigger complaints from others.

        • +1

Sure, i will find a way out to sort this.

I think this is what i am going to do:

          1) separate order # and invoice # gap, i will add invoice prefix to make it like: 1203XXXX
          2) add up the details required on our website invoice to make it a proper Australian Tax Invoice, with the ABN and any detail that is needed.
          3) change the date format to DD/MM/YY, i will work with my webmaster to get this sorted.

          Thank you for your input!

          Cheers

        • This sounds like the right way forward on all counts. As I said - win-win!

    • +1

      Follow up:-

The date format in the system is: MM/DD/YY, so 12th March 2012 is in that order.
As for the order invoice #, we just started our website selling today.
Order #137 is the number of order in our system, and invoice #133 is the invoice that our system issued when payment is received.
There is a gap of 4 because some buyer chose to pay with bank transfer.

It doesn't matter to us because if you come to us with order #137 or invoice #133, we are still able to trace your order for you.
Yes, you need to request a TAX invoice from me & i will email our company TAX invoice to you via email.

      Hope that helps.

      Cheers

      • Thanks - yes I know that you mean 12 March in MM/DD format - but that's not what the general public in Australia will think. Might be something you get your people to sort. Not a big drama for me.

Gap of 4 makes sense - again something that is good that you looked at.

Hereby my request for TAX invoice!

        • +1

Yeah, didn't realized that until you addressed the issues above.
I will get my people to change it.

No worries, i will send you our company tax invoice upon dispatch.

          Cheers

  • Francesca could you please give me a link to the one that you said is best for my SGS2? Thank you.

  • All good… thanks for the deal. Gonna be great to have two matching SD Cards for my D7000 :)

  • ordered 1x 32gb today

    thanks

  • *All our products are brand new genuine products with retail packaging except micro SD.

Do you mean theyre not genuine or just not packaged. I dont want any fake sandisks….

    • I missed that part.
Why aren't they in retail packaging?

      • Hi Oliver,

Only Class 4 comes without retail packaging.
The Class 6 models i passed to you, those come in genuine & original SanDisk retail packaging.

        Cheers

    • +1

      Hi Assassin151,

only Class 4 micro SD doesn't come in retail packaging. They are just not packaged.

SanDisk produce both retail packaging and without packaging (specifically for mobile phone, tablets bundle)
My supplier could supply micro SD without packaging at cheaper cost so i pass this offer down.
Fyi, almost all sellers selling on eBay for microSD doesn't come with retail packaging.

Be rest assured that all the products MemoryCity sells are of Genuine SanDisk, we don't sell fakes.
You can verify the authenticity with SanDisk when you receive your cards.

      Cheers

      • Thanks francesca, you are one of the best when it comes to answering questions to potential customers. Will go ahead and buy some cards now since I know they are genuine (I dont mind about packaging either) :D

        • Hi Assassin151,

Thank you for your input. I will do my best to bring more deals here whenever there's a need for memory!

          Cheers

  • Hi OP thanks for the deal, just want to confirm if the price include GST? The price is shown Tax Inc. however the invoice is a bit confusing as both price are the same? Cheers.

    • Hi ens1402,

Yes, the prices are inclusive of GST.

      Cheers

    • ens1402 - see my interaction with the OP above. What you get at the moment does not show a GST component and is not a tax invoice. francesca is to address this.

  • Hi, Which card would you recommend for a Nikon D3100. Thanks

    • Hi DanF,

I googled up this page, very useful information on D3100.
      http://www.cameratips.com/d3100/nikon-d3100-memory-card-advi…

I recommend the Extreme HD Video SDHC 32GB at $49.80 if you are after a standard ones. (I do not have much left at this price)
Fyi, the Extreme HD Video SDXC Class 10 64GB is a new released model, i got to locked in 20pcs from supplier at a very good price.
If you are after a higher capacity, 64GB is only selling for $104.80 (3pcs left though)
Price will be back up to at least $12x-$13x tomorrow noon

      Cheers

      • Thanks have ordered the Extreme HD Video SDHC 32GB

        • Thank you for your purchase.

          Cheers

        • Just bought "Extreme HD Video SDHC 32GB" but not sure it's the best card for Nikon D90?
Searching on the site you post above but couldn't find any :(

  • Hi POWERevolution

I searched up on SanDisk website under SanDisk Product Compatibility on the right.
    http://www.sandisk.com/consumer-products.aspx
    Manufacturer : Nikon
Device Type : Digital Cameras SLR/MIL
    Look for D90.

It shows up with the SDHC Extreme HD Video Series you just bought, I'm sure that card is good for D90.

    Cheers

    • Thanks for your response Rep!
The picture on SD site show "up to 30 MB/sec* read/write" but on your site is 45MB/s …. so is that the new latest ver on your site?

      • Yeap, that's right.
I'm selling the new version of it, the 45MB/s ones.

        Cheers

      • Thats the perfect SD card for any Nikon (exception of FF which take CF). I got a Nikon myself and with HD video recording you don't want anything less then class 10 or 30MB/sec so with the new 45MB/sec you got no problems.

  • Dear OzBargainers,

The launch of our website & first deal has been a great success!
Sold off close to 300units of the 32GB Extreme HD cards in less than 48 hours!
I'm very impressed with that, good on you guys!
This deal will end in just an hour half, all prices will be back up to standard market pricing.

Just a note, if anyone of you is looking for a bargain memory at any point, do not hesitate to contact me directly, send in an email or start a chat with me via Live Chat.
I will try my best to work something out for ya.

    Cheers
    Francesca

  • *If anyone could throw me some hot selling memory cards in the market, i will work out some sweet deals next week!

    Cheers

    • class 6 & 10 SDHC cards

      • You mean even the Class 6 Ultra SDHC has high demand?

I've got some good pricing on 16GB/32GB/64GB though, but i personally thought the Extreme HD Video Class 10 is much better than the Ultra line.

        Do a compare on 16, 32 and 64GB
        16GB: $25 / $29
        32GB: $53 / $58
        64GB: $120 / $135

Hmm, i can work on the 32GB and 64GB Ultra SDHC down though.
        Any other thoughts?

        Cheers

        • sorry i mean normal SD cards class 6 & 10
check the request of this post and beat them :)
