  • Any downside of ordering a UK model? and any idea if i can use my RT-AX56U as a mesh node with this?

    • Both supports AiMesh, so why not? Maybe you would get UK plug.

What if one speaks Australia AiMesh and the other speaks British?

Don't worry about it, if they can understand Tony Abbott, I'm sure their routers can understand our routers.

Great deal. A bit cheaper than a Chinese Xiaomi AX6000 but with more features.
I'm guessing there'll be a lot of WiFi6 router deals because the much better WiFi6E routers are starting to appear.

Was waiting for WiFi6 to get cheaper now I'm waiting for WiFi6e to get cheaper. Lol haha

      • WiFi 6E is way better if you live in high density area like apartment or town house.

    Got one incredible price…

  • too late

  • My order got cancelled!

  • guessing this comes with a uk plug tho?

  • Well, order hasn't gotten cancelled so it's looking good. Thanks OP.

  • No longer available

  • Good price but on comparison, the AX88U is better

    Still waiting for wifi6/wifi6+ with 10Gbase-t / nBase-t ports

Its like less than half the price of an AX-88U !! What the point of comparing it ?

      • To be fair, thats a fantastic price for what you get, but when I did the comparison, it was already out of stock at that price, which means I'm at comparison on specs alone. In the next six months wifi 6E (tri-band 2.4, 5 and 6Ghz) will increasingly be available and I expect a some of the Wifi 6 dual band (2.4, 5 and 6Ghz) stock will drop in value, especially for the gamer/enthusiasts and prosumers, who will shift to the new 'shiny'

        For example, https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/asus-rog-rapture-gt-ax110…

Still - you're right, its a damn good price and I'd have thoroughly considered getting it had it still been available at that price.

It's back in stock, just placed an order.

However did anyone actually got C band and merlin to switch country?

    • Is this a legit issue? I struggle to find much about this on Google except that band c seems to refer to 5G not wifi.

I’d rather not need to hack the router for warranty etc but don’t want a half baked wifi experience!
