  Just made a payment for $162 for a bottle of whisky as a new customer and recorded $20 cashback, unless my math is wrong 21% should be $33 cashback?

    Cashback is GST exclusive.

    10% off: 162*0.90= 145.8
    So your cashback is 27.83
