      I've used that in the past, it does its purpose but sometimes it's a little buggy for me (e.g device doesn't appear in the menu or the map doesn't appear)

      I don’t think so, no. This spoofs your actual GPS location, not just your IP address location.

      No, you connect your ipad/iphone to your PC,
      Run the software, select where you want your GPS co-ordinates to be and it'll temporarily fool your IOS device to say it's at the GPS coordinates you set.
