just came across these S shaped, 3 bar chrome heated towel rails in the 2nds world catalogue.
it's not a factory second and seems a great deal for $12, especially if you are in sydney and can pick one up in a store (postage to MEL is $15). even ebay and oo are more expensive…
or buy 6 instead and still save $7 :-)

I doubt any of their appliances actually specify. I think it'd be safe to assume you plug it into AC mains.
Oh for gawds sake. It plugs in, like every other cheap heated towel rail. They have a flex and plug that comes out of the end of the tube at the bottom
