The App needs GPS switched on, for it to work.
Then, it generates a code or QR code, which 'expires' within 15 minutes.
If you don't use that generated code, within that time-frame,
you can generate another code, to get the discount.You cannot re-use the code, once it's used.
Can also order on the app without the code with the “Add to Mobile Order” option.

Hasn’t always been the case with the monopoly freebies at least. I’ve still got freebies in my rewards that I’ve already claimed multiple times.

@nightelves: Some bug/glitch with their system I guess. The rewards get scanned but they’re still there after. I got a free small coke and small fries (2 seperate rewards) last night - the guy just gave me the fries without needing to redeem the reward because it wasn’t scanning properly; was scanning as a completely different reward apparently. Still have the free drink reward too.

The app on my phone won't show the code anymore. Keeps saying there's a problem. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still no good. Anyone else had this problem?
Yeah. Been very flaky for me the last few weeks. Even went to a register with a code and the operator got frustrated that they couldn't make it work that they entered the meal as complimentary. Bloody awesome.
When apps act up like that I've found it's usually because when it uninstalls it doesn't remove everything. So you reinstall and the same problem file/setting is there. Uninstall, find the installation folder and manually delete it. Restart phone (probably unnecessary but just in case something is still in memory) and reinstall.
That said, their app does something similar on my Android phone - maybe it's the same on yours. After placing an order no code comes up, no notification, nothing. I accidentally found the solution is after completing the order, hit the center home button to go to the main screen. A blank white box appears at the top left in the notifications area. Touch and drag it down, click it, then you can see the code.

If you go through a drive thru with a family of 10 can you get the deal for 10 or have to drive around 10 times
You might have to park the car & walk inside. I know walking is a hassle but it might be easier in the long run.

Main gripe with this deal is that it replaces the personal deals during this 30 day promotion, which sometimes are better than the "deal of the day".
Do we have a page on Ozbargain that people can swap or share codes - for instance i've got a code for a $1 large fries that I won't use?
What is EVM?
EVM = Extra Value Meal (basically fries or salad and a drink)
Extra Vehicular Mactivity.
Personally I don't see the Extra value, seems like it should be more of a Regular Value Meal unless they're giving you large sides and a spank on the bottom on top of it

This hack only works sometimes going off last year's experience. At midnight, sometimes the new code isn't available for use until 10:30am
