      From an earlier thread

      Make sure you are clicking on a restaurant that accepts online payment.
      When you press credit card or paypal you will see the coupon field.

      and (surprise surprise) only the restaurants that accept online payment have the voucher hilighted in green.
      Therefore cannot be used with restaurants that show "This restaurant does not accept coupons".

    You can only redeem the voucher with restaurants which accept online payment.
    If there is a green voucher symbol and a credit card symbol next to the restaurant name, you can use the voucher at this restaurant.

    Only one single store for my delivery to my postcode, and it's cash/no vouchers. No vote.

    Edit: Not only that, but there is no stores at all that are compatible with using a voucher out of any of the results for the 3 other locations I frequent. Bordering on a neg for limited usage :/

      In my area, there are approximately half of them won't accept voucher. However, it is definitely a good deal if you are able to use it in any applicable restaurant.

    Pre-oredered mine at 3pm for a 5pm delivery. Still no sign but will call if they don't arrive in the next 5minutes. And to note, I ordered from Azzurri Pizzeria (Leichhardt, Sydney).

    Edit: Was just told that the driver left … very poor service but good deal.

    Just ordered something but got a phone call within 30s saying that the restaurant could not be contacted for the delivery to be made, all while the site sprung up with "Expected delivery time: Around 20:18 - 20:33". Just a bit bummed that I'll have to cook something to eat instead =(

    They gave me a new coupon code and refund though but i suspect its single-use. Shame they don't say it on the website instead of calling seconds after the confirmation message appears, got my hopes up had them crash down again.

    Worked for me but you can only do it with a paypal payment, and I hate paypal and it won't accept my (valid and cashed up) card. I'll try again another day but it would be fine :-) Guys when you call them are friendly and helpful too, I say give them a shot!

    DH is better than the other delivery systems I've used. Reason being they're (DH) not delivering it, but the stores themselves deliver it themselves, thus maintaining standards as they represent their own products and serviecs.

    Hey DH had one tiny little issue with my order. I entered the code and clicked pay by PayPal. Once in payPal I decided to cancel (long story, something to do with PayPal, not with DH) so I clicked "cancel and return to Delivery Hero". When I returned to DH and put the code in again a message displayed saying the code is valid for new customers only (or something to that effect). The site thinks I've already used the code, when in fact I haven't.

    Our experience:

    Order went through okay. Received a call from delivery hero that restaurant is saying prices just went up - would be $3 extra and we should pay the driver. Okay with that. 20 minutes later received a call from restaurant saying delivery hero prices were 3 years out of date and they wouldn't honour them. They were extremely rude and the conversation ended abruptly. Moments later received a call from delivery hero saying basically the same thing (except they were very polite) and that the restaurant was not being very helpful. As we paid by paypal DH said we will get a refund sent through as well as another discount code. Although the code has been sent through (expires tomorrow!), we are still waiting for the refund.

    Although delivery hero rep was very nice on the phone I'm not sure I would do this again. It seems to be a fair bit of hassle when I'd rather have a bit more control over things and call the restaurant myself.

    Thank you DH for the discount code and your help thus far.

    EDIT: I should also add DH claim that the restaurant provided their most recent menu only a month ago.

      EDIT 2: Refund now received even though they told us whoever looks after refunds won't be back until tomorrow. Also received another code with a longer expiry date. DH customer service +1
