  These all run on an algorithm. I would recommend not scanning your card for 4-6 weeks. The promos they throw at you are great

  Think this is slightly different to the usual offers.
  Also have 3 offers via the app that should stack (spend $100 for 2000 2 days left spend $100 for 3000 4 days left spend $100 4800 6 days left)

  Just not entirely sold on this part, bit hard to track.

  Still waiting on 14,000 points across two promos. 10,000 from last week and 4,000 from over a month ago. I've called a few times and they keep saying it will be added in 3 days, then 8 days, etc. but still nothing. Terrible compared to Woolies.

    Same . I'm overflowing in long live milk doing a $240 shop for 9600 pts and nothing has turned up .
    Time to ignore the offers .
    They know a lot of people trust the offers and won't chase anything hence screwing people .

    I have given up on calling. You wait 30 min to get through and a lot of the times what they promise does not happen and other times they tell you to email copy of the order if the cost of OOS items is high - but there is no set rule how high seems to be at their discretion. Flybuys call center operators cannot see your order to confirm that it was originally over the required spend. I just email [email protected]. I have done it often and treat it like a proforma and attach a copy of the order. Gets resolved in around 2 weeks.

    Reduced amount.

    Generally able to contact flybuys and they will honour original spend.
