        Wood is great, unless your kids really enjoy playing with things in water. Then… not so much.
        Plastic stuff that you're only going to use a few times then throw away is bad. Plastic stuff that actually lasts (I have plastic toys from when I was a kid 30ys ago that are still fine) is not so bad.
