I've been rocking my cheapo 720p camera with my WFH setup until someone at work commented about how grainy my video looked in the meetings. I looked on OzB to see what webcam deals were currently on and was pleasantly surprised to see this deal still available at a sweeter price than before.

  got mine today. was really pleasantly surprised by the quality! looks better to my eye than the youtube videos, which probably comes down to compression. having said that, though, im pleased with the dynamic range on this, too, which id heard was abysmal.

    Received mine too, dynamic range not great but in my opinion no worse than typical smartphone. Sharp and clear image, better that my 2019 MBP camera. $40 well worth it.

  Mine arrived today, surprised by how good the quality of the image is and how fast it response, for $39.95 is a bargain.

  That mounting bracket doesn't seem to grip the monitor very well

    It does not ‘grip’, literally only rest on top of display. May want to use tape or blutack.

  Mine arrive, but on my mac it is way way too overexposed. Can't see any way to fix it. Completely unusable.

    Looks like it is now working ok….may have been just in Google Meet.

    Not sure I need it though. The joys of Ozbargain.

  Gotta love Australia Post at the moment - the random nature of deliveries bewilders me. Some goods arrive in sensible time - others disappear, presumably into a pile of packages, and do nothing for eternity. Mine still hasn't arrive. It made the interstate journey and has since been sitting in a sorting room with no movement in a week. Has been with Australia Post for 15 days!
