I had the complete opposite experience. good service with coles didnt miss any items, but woolies kept missing and then contacting woolies call centre was on hold for 2hours to get through.

Delivery Unlimited is FAR better than the Coles equivalent - 50$ min spend is easily attainable (sometimes 100$ can be a stretch with Coles), rarely have to contact their support for order issues (every single Coles order of mine for about 2 months had issues) and normally has timeslots for next-day delivery. Plus you don't need to pay for packaging (i.e. reusable bags)
