    My order went through at around 4am this morning. I was charged twice though. I emailed them and 10 minutes later they refunded the second charge and apologised.

    Pretty good service.

      Have a look in your origin account, it's probably there now. I did the login loop a few times and assumed it was broken but the game was sitting in origin.

        I emailed their support and they told me to change my regional settings.
        I had forgot that my country was set to Belgium for Apex Legends.
        After changing it back to AU everything worked fine.

      Once you get the first pop up window with the EA games login, fill it out then once it says you are logged in there is a confirmation button in the bottom right.
      If you click that it will activate the purchase.

    I am having trouble activating… I go to the order page and click 'activate now', get a popup asking me to proceed to EA, I login and it says linking is successful. click confirm and close on the popup and then.. nothing. page looks like it refreshes but nothing shows up in my Origin and nothing changes on the page. Have tried it on Chrome and Edge, nothing different.

    Anyone else getting this issue?

      Is that with EA Desktop or Origin? Mine doesn't show at all in EA Desktop but its certainly there in Origin.

      Check your region/country setting in Origin/EA and make sure it matches.

    When reading that email, did anyone else, for a split second, freak out thinking they were going to pull the game from your account? I mean, I’m well aware they can’t do that. But for 0.34th of a second, I thought maybe they could.

      Since you aren't given a key and the game is directly activated through your Origin account they could give EA a list of all activation IDs made during the pricing error and revoke the keys then refund our order.

      They chose to instead cover the price difference which I imagine is no doubt over a thousand dollars assuming they are losing around $50 for each order made.
