To make our Happy Nuts we delicately dry roast our premium macadamia kernels in their shell to ensure an even golden colour with the perfect crunch. The macadamia shell is slit over the centre of the nut. A special key is provided inside the pack – just insert the key into the nut shell and twist to reveal a treat unlike any other.
All our macadamias are grown using sustainable farming practices on our family's farm here in Bundaberg or sourced from other like-minded growers in the Bundaberg region.

  Not a deal at all. 2.25kg of macadamia in the shell in one single order should be no more than $50 at any time. Giving that some kernels get stuck to their shell there's lots of wastage.

    They also sell them in the shell for $15 a kg, admittedly unroasted
